Leg 15 - Alon Hagalil to Zarzir Junction - 8.7 km
Leg Description:
This leg is of moderate difficulty
level along the Alon HaGalil
scenic route. The route goes
down towards the northern bank
of the Tzipori Stream. Run in an
easterly manner. After crossing
it via an Irish Bridge continue
eastward (by turning left) on the
south bank. At the T junction
turn right towards the Kaabiya
road. Follow the gravel path,
about 200 meters before the
Zarzir- Kaabiya road turn left
and run till the wall of route 77.
Turn right and follow it towards the gas station.
Topography - Descent to the Tzipori stream and, of course, an ascent from there.
Type – A dirt and gravel path
