Our offices and manufacturing plant are located just outside of Vancouver, BC with all US-bound
orders being shipped out of Blaine, WA.

if we can find it for you. One word of caution – our
popular accents do sell out quickly and we may be unable to get more. Accent is available on just about any

Printing comes with your choice of either silver or
gold foil. Other colors are available upon request
including bronze, black, purple, green etc. There is
a small surcharge for rainbow. If no color is specified
in an order, we will automatically use gold.
GOLD EDGE
Gold edge is available in a variety of colors
including emerald green, red, sea blue,
yellow and cadet blue (shown above) as well
as black, white, eggshell, teal, purple, spring
green, rose, candy pink, deep gold and navy.
Gold edge is available at an additional 2½¢
per streamer per inch.
HANG TYPE
Rosettes come with your choice of either
cord or bridle hook. If neither is specified,
we will automatically use cord.
ROSES
Beautiful hand made roses can replace
center buttons for $7 each.
SIDE STREAMER PRINTING
Side streamer printing is available
on most rosette styles for an
additional 43¢ per streamer.

As a first time customer, here is the info we need
when you place your order:
1. Rosette styles, quantities & colors with corresponding awards or prizes
2. Foil printing color (silver or gold); either one is included
3. Hang type (cord or bridle hook); either one is included
4. Streamer bottom finish (pinked or dovetailed); either one is included
5. What you would like printed on the button
6. What you would like printed on the center streamer
7. Black & white copy of your logo if we don’t have it on file (for more info see LOGOS below)
8. Your event date
9. When you would like your order in hand
10. Ship to address with phone number

12. US customers: Our rosettes are manufactured in Canada and shipped out of our US shipping office in
Blaine. Since 911, US customs requires either a federal tax ID number or the SSN of the person the order
is being billed to in order to clear any order over $100. Thank you.

After we receive your order, it is written up,
checked twice and a formal quote along with ship
date is emailed to you for your approval (usually
within one week). We then require a 50% deposit
either by check or credit card with the balance due
upon receipt of the ribbons. (We prefer final payments to be made by check.)
SET UP: Our set up fee on any order is $16. This
includes use of association logos, all wording on
center streamers i.e. club name, event title & date,
award as well as decorative fancies and or any generic logos we have on file (we have hundreds!);
your choice of gold or silver foil; your choice of cord
or bridle hook for hanging; your choice of pinked or
dovetailed finish on the bottoms of the streamers;
and of course, your choice of satin ribbon colors.
TYPE CHANGES: We have a $1.10 type change fee
for any wording that changes from the initial center
streamer set up. (We have to charge a small fee
because each letter of each word has to be pulled
by hand and made into metal “slugs” that are then
centered into a printing chase that has to heat up
before it can be printed. Yes, it is a very traditional
– a nice way of saying old! – technology!!)
HOW FAR AHEAD TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
We greatly appreciate 8 weeks notice but having
said that, will definitely work with you if you have
a later close date.
LATE ORDERS: Rush charges may apply if we have
to ask our dedicated (and very wonderful!) staff to
work overtime.
LOGOS: Association logos are available for use at
no charge. If you would like a new club logo or picture imprinted onto your ribbons however, there is
a $65 one-time fee to have a die made (we require
a black and white jpg emailed to us at the time
of ordering) or choose from hundreds of generic
logos we have available for use at no charge.
PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required on all orders
(Visa & Mastercard are accepted). Final payment
is due when you receive your order (checks are
preferred). We do not extend credit so prompt
payment is most appreciated! Past due accounts
are subject to a service charge of 2% per month.
Please note that pre-payment is required on all
overseas and one-time orders.
SHIPPING: Most of our US orders are shipped UPS
ground out of Blaine, WA. Faster services are available. In Canada, we generally use either Greyhound
or Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, we
will be in touch with you via email or phone with a
tracking number and estimated arrival time.
DISCOUNTS: New Customer? Thank you for placing
your order with us. Please accept a 5% discount off
your initial order.
$25 REFERRAL PROGRAM: Referring someone to
us? Thank you very much! We will be happy to take
$25 off your next order.
