Ownership of a five-week interval on sought after Lake of Bays, in Muskoka allows use of the
summer week you reserve at the time of purchase and never changes plus one week in each of
the fall, winter and spring seasons. You also will have one additional floating week per year
which is outlined in the “check-in “attachment. Ownership also entitles you to purchase and
participate in the Exchange Program where you can exchange any of your weeks with Interval
International at more than 1500 destinations around the world.

From Toronto:

Drive via HWY 400 N to Barrie. At Barrie HWY 400 merges on to HWY 11. Continue north
on HWY 11 to HWY 60 (3 km north of the first Huntsville exit).

Exit on to HWY 60; drive approximately 18 km along HWY 60 to South Portage Muskoka
Road 9. Turn right.

Drive about 3 km until you see the sign to Blue Water Acres (Rat Bay Rd.). Follow signs
the next few hundred metres. Resort is on right hand side.

Documentation” relating to the unit number, summer week and move in time of the unit. If

Please be advised that the current owners have the ability to pay all accumulated outstanding
fees up to the point of a signed agreement of purchase and sale. In the unlikely event this
does occur, please note that we will return any deposit you have paid without interest or
penalty. All default owners have been notified by the Associations intent to sell the intervals,
which are being done by Online Auction.
