Booking Procedures, Term & Conditions
BOOKING PROCEDURES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING PROCEDURES
Upon receipt of deposit payment form your company, Daun Hijau Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will proceed to make the
necessary flight, hotel accommodation, tour coaches, tour guide and restaurant reservations.
OPERATION PROCEDURES
Your company will have to inform Daun Hijau Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd of any changes on the number of participants
joining the tour. Your company has to inform your participants of our tour information of their entitlements, type of
travel and tour arrangement.
UNUSED SERVICES DURING TOUR
No refund will be made to any unused services during the tour by any participants with respect to accommodation,
meals, sightseeing, tour or other services, which are included in the tour price.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
No refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation of tour quotation. The balance of payment of the tour prices
to be made 21 days before the date of departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of deposit payment from your company, we will proceed to make the necessary reservations as agreed by
both parties.
No refund will be made for any unused services during the tour by any participant with respect to accommodation,
meals, sightseeing, tour or other services, which are included in the tour price.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of cancellation of the tour reservation, after settlement of the deposit and/or full payment, the following
cancellation charges will apply:
From the date of travel
Cancellation charges rates
29 days before arrival
Forfeiture of tour deposit
Within 14 working days
50% of tour fare
Within 7 working days
80% of tour fare
Within 2 working days
100% of tour fare
Responsibility Clause
Daun Hijau Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd acts only as agent for the hotel, airlines, bus companies, railway and ferry companies;
other services and coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contract and tickets issued by the company are used and subject to any
and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and any other services whatsoever are
provided by such hotels, airlines, bus company, railways and ferry companies or owners or contractors and by acceptance of
such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agree that neither the company nor any
parent, subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage on person,
property or otherwise whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise in connection with any accommodation,
transportation or other services of resulting, directly or indectly from the acts of God, danger incident to the sea, fire,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure de facto, wars whether declared or
not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riot, theft, pilferage epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or
cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules, from any causes beyond the company’s control of nay loss damage
resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other document and that neither the company nor any parent
subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or
incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing clauses. Daun Hijau Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd reserve the rights
to alter or cancel any of the arrangement contained the itineraries.
To the extent, not in conflict with or contrary to any written laws, the aforesaid provision shall apply and except as excluded
by any laws in force in those countries the limitations relating to the liability and other provision implied therein shall apply.
Daun Hijau Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd reserved the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it deemed that
his//her conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and Daun Hijau Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd shall
be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
Our quotation is subject to change in the event of airfare adjustment, currency fluctuation, surcharge and hotel room
availability.

Responsibility Clause
This agreement embodies all terms and conditions agreed upon between two parties hereto as to the subject matter of
this agreement supersedes and cancels in all previous representations warranties, agreements and undertaking, if any
made between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter herein whether such be written or oral. No
amendment or other variations of this agreement will be binding unless the same is duly effected by an instrument in
writing signed by the parties hereto and expressed to be for the purposes of such amendent.
We hereby accept and agree with the above terms and conditions.
