Party Information
Parties are a Fall Festival tradition!
Choose to Make-your-own Party OR make it a Party Place reservation.

Make-Your-Own Party … anytime!
Just buy your admission tickets (pre-purchase online or when you arrive), arrive early to snag your

Here are some tips for your Make-Your-Own Party:
1. If you want to pre-pay for guests, leave a Pre-paid Guest List at Ticket Booth #10 (Party Check-In).
Or ask your guests to pay for their own admission as they arrive. Be sure to let your guests
know who has been pre-paid and who will pay for their own admission.
2. You will need to transport your party stuff from the parking lot into the festival. Bring a wagon or
cart and containers to help with the transfer.
3. For their own safety, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including
entering & leaving the Fall Festival. Be sure to plan for chaperones to shuttle your guests inside,
if required.
4. There may be restrictions regarding the number and location of tables available
for "Make-Your-Own Parties." To discuss details, please contact Reservations.
5. Use a distinctive sign or balloons to identify your table – and tell your guests to look out for it!
6. When you send out invitations to your party, include a link to coxfarms.com so that parents
can access Fall Festival information & directions.
7. Make sure your guests have the phone number of the cell phone you’ll be carrying with you
.at the Festival.

With a weekend Party Place reservation, you get:
• reserved table in our Fall Festival “party zone” (yours for 3 hours!)
• your table pre-decorated with tablecloth and seasonal centerpiece
• your party box containing paper plates, napkins, birthday candles, bandanas and party favors
• VIP hayride access for your party- skip the line!
• ice cream for everyone!
... and afterwards WE clean up the mess!

Party Place Checklist
1. To decide on your Party Place Weekend reservation:
o Choose from available dates & times at coxfarms.com (Please book early! Space is limited!).
o Decide how many reserved Party Place tables you want (each table seats 8).
o Decide how many pre-paid Fall Festival admission tickets you want for your guests and helpers.
Everyone 2 years old and over must pay admission to enter the Festival grounds. (You can pre-pay
for as few or as many of your guests as you wish).
o Remember to include all your chaperones and your helpers! No one under 14 years old is admitted
to the Fall Festival without a chaperone. Children must be supervised at all times. You will need
helpers to go get food, drinks, etc.
2. When you’re ready to make your Party Place reservation:
o Review the terms and conditions included on page 8 of this Party Place Information pack, then
book and pay online for your Party Place reservation and any pre-paid admission tickets (Party
Place payment is required at time of booking).
o Print your Party Place receipt and your guest list.
3. To prepare for your party,
o Review this Party Place Information pack and review our online Fall Festival Resources.
o Send out your own invitations or use our Party Invitation included in this pack.
o Make sure all your guests know if you have pre-paid for them.
o Make sure your guests have the cell phone number you will be using during the party.
4. When you arrive at the Fall Festival for your party, please come directly to the
Party Check-In (Ticket Booth #10) where you can:
o Give us your complete Prepaid Guest List.
o Pay for any additional admission tickets you may need (we will refund you for any no-shows later).
o Pay for optional cupcakes, Cox Dollars or extras you may want for your group.
o Be directed to your reserved, decorated Party Place table.
o We’re happy to keep your cake in our refrigerators until you’re ready for it!
5. As your party guests arrive, we will direct them to your table
o Remember that all under-14s must have an adult chaperone to enter the Fall Festival.
o Make sure you bring enough party helpers to supervise your group, including help to go get
drinks, food, etc.

Party Tips
Here are our tips for a great Fall Festival party experience:
1. Make sure your guest list includes all your helpers and chaperones.
2. If you choose not to pre-pay for parents or chaperones, make sure they know this ahead of time.
3. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times, including entering & leaving the Fall Festival.
Include a helper who will shuttle your guests inside, if needed.
4. Be sure to include our website address (coxfarms.com) in your invitation so that parents can
access Fall Festival information & directions.
5. Bring a wagon and containers to transport your stuff from the parking lot to the Party Place.
6. You are welcome to bring your own food, or you may purchase food here once you arrive.
"Pizza Party" and "Festival Cupcakes" Food tickets are available at Party Check-In for
party hosts looking for a convenient hospitality option (see sample Food Ticket options on
the following page). You can also purchase Cox Dollars to distribute to your guests so they
can select their own food.
7. If you are bringing a birthday cake, we are happy to refrigerate it for you until you need it.
Please bring your cake to the Milk & Cookies stand for refrigeration until you need it.
8. If you want your group to enjoy a hayride together, there’s no need to plan ahead. Simply get
in the hayride line and tell our hayride staff you want to ride together once your group arrives
at the head of the line. It’s easily arranged. Party Place customers have a special hayride option
(see #14).
For Party Place customers only:
9. Remember that your weekend Party Zone table is reserved for a whole three hours (11am2pm or 2:30pm-5:30pm). Use your table as a “base” for your guests to enjoy the Fall Festival.
10. Your party kit includes a coupon for ice cream cups. You can also choose to purchase a coupon
for Festival Cupcakes when you arrive. Bring these coupons to Milk & Cookies when you’re
ready for dessert.
11. Your reserved party table comes pre-decorated with a sign, tablecloths and seasonal centerpiece
with pumpkins and apples. Feel free to add your own extras!
12. Your party kit contains paper plates, napkins, birthday candles, bandanas and party favors.

13. Make sure your guests – and our Party Check-In Booth – have the phone number of the
cell phone you’ll be carrying with you at the Festival.
14. When you’re ready to take your group hayride, gather your group at the Hayride Exit area and
check in with the attendant there. You’ll skip the line and load up there!
Come
to Party Check-In again at the end of your party to “settle up”. We’ll credit you for

For November Party Place customers only:
16. Festival Hours change to 10 AM-5 PM in November. Your Party Place options are
10:30-1:30 or 2-5 PM.

Party Place Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to 2015 Party Place reservations:
1. Each $59 Party Place payment is for one reserved and decorated picnic table in our Party
Zone. Full payment is required to reserve Party Place tables. This payment does not include
Fall Festival admission, which is required for everyone 2 years old and over entering the Fall
Festival grounds.
2. Party Place reservations are made at coxfarms.com using our online reservations systems.
Pre-paid admission tickets for guests may also be purchased online, or may be purchased at
the Party Check-In Booth (Ticketbooth #10) before the party.
3. The purchase of pre-paid admission tickets and any extras is entirely at
the discretion of the party host. Such purchases may be arranged at the Party Check-In Booth
ahead of time or on arrival for the party. They may also be arranged by contacting Cox
Farms Reservations.
4.
under the age of 14. For their own safety, under-14s must be accompanied by an adult at all
times, and particularly when entering or leaving the Fall Festival grounds.
5. Cox Farms does not have staff to assist party hosts with escorting, supervising or fetching
food & drink for party guests. It is the responsibility of the party host to provide such “helpers”
as necessary.
6. The party host is responsible for coming to the Customer Service desk when leaving the festival
to “settle up” their final bill. This final bill will include any refunds for pre-paid guests who
did not pick up their admission ticket or any unused Food Tickets or Cox Dollars.
7. In the event that Cox Farms must close the Fall Festival on the day of your party due to rain
(or for any other reason), we will reschedule your party or refund your Party Place charges
within 5 business days. Unused admission tickets may be returned for refund. Used admission
tickets may be eligible for “rain checks” at the discretion of Cox Farms and in line with our rain
policy.
8. In the event that the party host must cancel the party, all payments are fully refundable up to
48 hours before the scheduled party start time. If the party host cancels less than 48 hours
before the scheduled party start time, the Party Place table payment is forfeited but any prepurchased admission tickets or extras remain fully refundable / reusable.
9. Cox Farms endeavors to make every party a pleasure and a success for our visitors. If the
party host needs Cox Farms management attention or assistance during their party, they can
make this request via any Cox Farms employee or directly to the Party Check-In Booth.
