formulated by Chamberlain Medicine Co. in Des
Moines, Iowa around 1892. The lotion soon became a
tremendous hit with consumers looking for an effective
way to end their dry skin. In 1955, the manufacturing
and marketing rights were transferred to another
family company, Weeks & Leo Co., Des Moines, Iowa.
