This is a cleverly fitted, 45ft narrowboat with flexible
accommodation for 5 people and a classic 3 cylinder Lister engine
for that authentic noise! She has just had a new safety certificate
and the owner is in the process of arranging to have an out of water
survey carried out prior to sale. The owner is also arranging to have
a solid fuel stove fitted to the boat. Moorings are available by

FROM THE BOW
From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 3 6
open self draining well deck. The integral steel water tank is
located beneath the well deck with a surface mounted filler.
GENERIC FIXTURES AND FITTINGS
The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with oak faced plywood panels trimmed with solid
oak. All interior wood has been varnished. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. Flooring
throughout is carpet.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The boat is powered by a Lister ST/W2 14hp, 3 cylinder
marine diesel engine coupled to a manual gearbox with 2:1
reduction, turning the propeller. The exhaust is lagged,
silenced and vents out from under the side deck.
The engine powers a 12v alternator to charge the start
battery and the 2 leisure batteries.
