Once you are behind the new Atos Prime’s wheel, the only road you are aware of is the
one to ecstasy. The amazingly high-powered sports car performance of the Hyundai
new Atos Prime comes from its 12V SOHC Epsilon engine and its impressive power-toweight ratio. Its in-line 4 cylinder, 1086cc engine is fired by a Distributorless Ignition
System (DLI), developing 43.3 kW @ 5450rpm and 89.1Nm of torque @ 2850rpm.
The DLI System does away with a distributor and high voltage spark plug wires that
wear away and need periodic replacement, thereby reducing maintenance cost.
Also the DLI allows for more precise control of spark timing resulting in improved fuel
efficiency, reduced emission and increased power. The multi-point fuel injection system
along with dual intake valves meters the exact amount of fuel that your engine needs.
Giving you the level of fuel economy you could never imagine before.
