Early on, the Company recognized technology’s increasing role within the Inspection Services industry to meet clients performance standards and time reporting requirements. POLARIS, our propriety software platform, encompasses all activities from order capture, quality data verification and quantity information input from our inspection staff directly in the field. Through POLARIS EXPLORER, our Clients can access data (both new and historical) from any Internet capable device. Unlimited customer access to Analytical Data, Job Summary Reports and Invoices Easily adapted to customers needs, allowing direct access to data in the form most readily understood by their own systems. • CCC monitors percent of all Inspectors that are IFIA certified. Our goal is to be in 100% for all Inspectors employed with us at least 6 months. Currently we are at 70%. • Upgrade the POLARIS HR module to automatically and electronically tie-in all Inspector safety and client-specific training requirements. • Our laboratories in Linden, NJ and Pasadena, TX will be certified for the biodiesel laboratory standard, BQ-9000, by 3Q2013. • To continue rolling out our Inspector Vehicle Program where we provide Inspectors with new specially-outfitted work vehicles, in lieu of them using personal vehicles. Advantages include GPS geo-fence, safety hotline bumper stickers, weekly vehicle inspections, maintenance program, and more.
