Two pets per apartrnent.
(Reptiles,rabbits,and ferretsarenot permitted.
Breed Specific: Chows,Dobermans,
Pit Bulls, or Rottweilersarenot permitted.Any
mixed breedwhich visibly containsany of the listed dog breedabovearenot permitted.
Furtherrestrictionsmay apply to any otherbreedof dog that exhibits particularly
powerfuljaws, aggressiveness,
andthe ability to withstandinfliction of pain to a degree
that makessuchbreedparticularly dangerous.
Denosit: $500per pet - $250is refundableprovidedthe pet hasnot causedanydamage.
Pet Rent: $0 for first pet; $25 per monthfor secondpet.
NOTE:
Petsarenot permittedin apartmentswith brandnew carpet.

PET LEASE RIDER
Manhattan Management Company grants permission to

Apartments,Garnerville, New York 10923.This leaserider is to remain in effect for the term of the
Apartment Leaseand must be renewedwith a pet occupancyapplication.

Tenant(s)agreesto pay $500(per pet) security depositof which $250(per pet) is non - refundable.
The balancewill be refunded upon vacatingthe apartment subjectto compliancewith all lease
terms.
Tenant agreesto pay a monthly fee of $25 for the secondpet as addedrent by the first of each
month.
The landlord may demandremoval of the pet at any time, provided a minimum of live daysnotice
is delivered to the resident. Within that five-day period, tenant must comply with the notice or
provide written notice of intent to vacatewithin thirty days.
Tenant agreesto abide by the following rules,which are subjectto change:
1. Tenant(s)must meetall requirementsof the Pet OccupancyApplication: Veterinarian's
medicalstatementand physicaldata to include anticipatedfully-grown weigh of eachpet
2. Tenant must register all dogswith The Town of Haverstraw and provide proof thereof.
3. Tenant must provide a recentcloseup picture of all pets.
4. Petsare to be toileted in the woodedareasand cleanedup by the tenant is required.
5. Petsmust wear a collar with Veterinariants and Town Tagsand kept on leashesat aII times.
6. Pet must not exhibit violent tendencies.
7. Petsmust not constitutea disfurbanceto other tenants.
8. Petsare not to be tied inside or outsideon any balcony.
9. Petsmust be kept in a bedroomduring a maintenanceor pestcontrol visit.
10.Pet must be kept healthy, cleanand free of insects,pestworms, etc.
