New Contract Letter and Contact Players Agreement 2015

Dear Player:
Thank you for your interest in contract time at Frog Hollow Racquet Club! A Contract time allows you the opportunity to
play on the same court each week at the same time for the entire indoor season. You can play singles, play doubles or
even take a lesson.
The first week of contract time will begin on Monday, September 14th 2015. Contract and membership information are

No contract courts will be reserved until deposits are received. All contract deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Frog Hollow Contract Player’s Agreement & Liability Waiver
! The contract captain will need to sign and return this agreement with their balance due payment (in
September). Frog Hollow will resend this document with the final contract paperwork in the summer.

I am responsible for collecting and remitting court deposits, fees, and membership information for their contract group and
ensuring that all contract players (including myself) maintain current memberships during the contract season
Anyone playing in my group more than 3 times must pay a membership. Each non-member guest/sub will be allowed to
play 3 times on any contract before they must either purchase a membership, or pay a $10 club usage fee on each visit
Management reserves the right to reassign courts when necessary
Proper tennis attire is required. No running shoes or black-soled shoes will be allowed while on the court
Children under 12, who are not playing tennis, must be supervised by an adult
We honor VISA, Mastercard, Discover, cash or personal checks for your convenience
No beverages are permitted on the courts
No smoking is permitted in the facility
Turn off all cell phones while on the court
Court etiquette and parking restrictions require that contract court times be adhered to as a matter of courtesy
Frog Hollow has the right to dissolve a contract or membership if:
a. Player or players are disruptive or abusive to fellow club or staff members
b. Player or players damage the facility
c. All bills are not taken care of in a timely fashion
In case of an emergency, 911 will be contacted
Frog Hollow will not be responsible for any cash valuables or personal property brought to the club.
Courts contracted for lessons: Pro cannot be changed unless another suitable time is available
In case of inclement weather, contract players must call the club or check FrogTennis.com to determine opening/closing
status. If the club is closed during your contract time, a make up contract time will be added to the end of your
scheduled contract season on the same day at the same time
Frog Hollow may have programs scheduled on courts next to or near contract courts
Involvement in all activities shall be undertaken by you and your group member’s own risk
All contract fees and memberships must be paid in full by September 1 of each indoor season. If not received by this date,
Frog Hollow Racquet Club reserves the right to sell your court time and your deposit will be forfeited. No partial payments
will be accepted
Contract fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable
The contract captain is responsible for informing all of the contract players of these rules and restrictions.
