Collection of Degree Certificate and Transcript

Graduate receives an empty folder from the Presiding Officer on stage and, on descent
from the stage, will be directed to go up the side aisle towards the back of the theatre.
2.
Graduate collects degree certificate and transcript* at the back of the theatre.
3.
Graduate returns to seat.
Remarks: (*) NIE bachelor and higher degree graduates will only receive their degree certificate at
the convocation ceremony. NIE bachelor degree graduates will receive their transcript during the
gown collection period for the Teacher's Investiture Ceremony in July. As for NIE higher degree
graduates, their transcript will be posted to them.
