How to Request A Transcript for the
NCAA Clearinghouse
Step 1: Create or Log on to Account at
www.NCAAELIGIBILITYCENTER.org
Step 2: Go to My Planner > My Task List > Open Tasks
Step 3: Click on Official Transcript Needed
Step 4: In the Task Detail dialogue box, click on the word “Here”
This will trigger the next step and forward you to the
“Parchment Landing Page”
Step 5: Once redirected to the Parchment Landing Page, “Create an
Account” or “Continue without signing in”
Step 6: Fill in Personal Info and School Info
Step 7: Request that Wissahickon High School send your transcripts
to NCAA. Check off that you are enrolled, and list your student ID
number so that we can match your request to your Naviance Account
Step 8: Complete a Transcript Request Form and submit it to
Guidance (purple form, under College Name indicate NCAA)
