Submission of Academic Documents
Regardless you are holding a conditional or firm offer, you are required to present to the Undergraduate
Recruitment and Admissions Office on the registration day the original of all your academic qualifications
in support of your application for verification. You will be allowed to proceed to Program Registration only
when you have presented all the required documents.
Important Notes:
 Only original copies of your qualifications will be used for verification purposes. Photocopies or
documents submitted online or by email previously would NOT be considered.
 The academic documents submitted for visa application CANNOT be used for verification.
 You may request the following testing bodies to forward your official score reports to us in advance.
We will save a copy of the report to your online application and it will be marked “Original Checked”
by us. HKUST’s institution codes are as follows:
