ABSTRAK
SistemPusatMaklumat SetempatPenternakanUdangHarimau ini dibangunkan
bertujuanuntuk memudahkanpihak pengusahaudangharimauuntuk mengenalpasti
jenis penyakit yang dihidapi oleh udangberdasarkansimptom-simptomyang
dikenalpasti.Ia juga dapatmemberikanmaklumatterperincitentangcararawatandan
langkahpencegahanpenyakit tersebut.Selainitu jug4 sistemini boleh mengirajumlah
anggaranmakananudangsecaraautomatik.Prosespembangunanperisianini adalah
berpandukankepadametodologiRational Unified Procesr (RUP) besertakaedah
Unified Modelling Language(UML). Bahasapengaturcaraan
Javadigunakandalamfasa
pengkodan.Microsoft Access2000 dignakan sebagaipangkalandatabagi menyimpan
segalamaklumatberkaitanjenis penyakit, simptom-simptom,rawatansertapencegahan
penyakit.Penggunayang menggunakanperisianini ialah pekerjadan pengusaha
ternakanudangharimausahaja.Diharapkanperisianyang akandibangunkanini dapat
mencapaiobjektif bagi memudahkanpengurusanternakanudangsertameningkatkan
mutu pengeluaranudang.Di sampingitu, iajuga dapatmemberikansatupembaharuan
dalamperkembanganteknologi dalamindustri akuakultur.

ABSTRACT
SistemPusatMaklumat SetempatPenternakanUdang Harimau is built for the
tiger prawn entrepreneurto perform the following tasks;identify the associatedtiger
prawn's diseasebasedon the symptomsprovided, provides information regarding
treatmentand how to control the occuranceof the diseaseand to automaticallycompute
the requiredamount of food for the prawn basedon age and weight. The softwareis
developedusing Rational Unified Process(RUP) and Unified Modelling Language
(UML). Javaprogramminglanguageis usedto code the design.Microsoft Access2000
is usedas databaseto keep all the information regarding to verify of desease,symptoms,
treatmentand how to control desease.Basedon the data recordedand storedin the
database,a data analysisis done to producevarious gaphs. Thesegraphsdepict current
situationin the aquarium.The usersof the software are aquacultureentrepreneurand
staffs.It is hoped that the softwaremay help to produce a high quality tiger prawn to
consumeinternally or can be exportedexternally.In addition,it will be a new innovation
in technologydevelopmentin the aquacultureindustry.
