Crazy Hair Day! Children are encouraged to come to school with CRAZY hair and bring a gold coin
donation towards Leukaemia research. Jump Rope for Heart fundraising money and forms are
now due back into school. This money will be sent off to aid in heart research and Heart Disease

are welcome to come along and watch/participate if they wish.
ASSEMBLY
Our last assembly for this Term will be held next Tuesday 25th June at 2:00pm. Everyone is
welcome and encouraged to attend.
INFANTS CAMP DAY
A very big thank you to Miss Read for organising such a fun day. The children enjoyed setting up a
campfire, building Gannyas, setting up the tent and of course toasting marshmallows and drinking
hot chocolate. The class learnt about fire safety and it was wonderful to see the group work and
problem solving that came out of the day.
Thank you also to the parents that came along and supported this wonderful day.
A big thank you to Shelley McRae and Helen Auld for their help cooking the potatoes when there
were ‘technical difficulties’ starting the fire.

SCHOOL BANKING
Could parents please ensure that the deposit sheets in their child’s/ren’s bank books are filled out by yourself or teach your
child to do so (this is a great skill for children to have).
RAFFLE
Please keep selling those tickets! There are 3 days left to help raise money for the children to attend the camp in Sydney. The
date for tickets to be returned has been extended to MONDAY 24th June. The winners will be drawn on Tuesday 25th at the
last assembly for this Term. Remember the more money we raise through raffles the cheaper the cost of your child’s
excursion to Sydney!!
NEWSLETTER FOLDERS
Please ensure that the clear plastic folders that are used to send the newsletters home in are sent back to school each week
so that we can reuse them.
FOOD WORKS /IGA
Thank you to everyone who have been supporting our school through the local supermarkets incentive schemes. Remember
the more you use the tags/cards the more your children will benefit.
Thank you
