WELCOME
the
Neighborhood
Dear Friend:
I noticed that you recently purchased a new house, and
wanted to take this opportunity to wish you happy times at your
new home. With all of the big issues that no doubt are on your
mind, it is easy to overlook some details that everyone should
address once they move. Enclosed are several valuable
resources that may make getting settled a little easier including:
■ Change of address form for the PA Dept. of Transportation;
■ Voter registration form; and
■ Phone numbers of various state agencies.
For your information, my office can help you with any number
of state-related issues including motor vehicle registration and
driver’s licensing assistance, obtaining birth certificates,
answering questions about student financial aid, and more.
If you have any questions regarding any area of state
government, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
SENATOR WAYNE D. FONTANA
