Henrik Lindberg
The second generation designer of LINDBERG, which was
established in 1985, started out his plain-sailing life as an
architect. When his father, Danish optometrist Poul-Jorn
Lindberg decided to create eyewear frames, Henrik joined
the family-run business.

made of finely scraped acetate, and told them, that
I wanted to represent exactly the same luxurious
touch on buffalo horn, they all immediately
responded that they were not able to create it.”
Henrik laughed.
The brand’s signature light weight and Scandinavian
minimalistic design is, in the eyes of Henrik, who
worked side by side with his father to expand this
business, a must-have on this new material.
Many times of trials and errors have created

which gives the frame not only strength and
stability but also visually pleasing gradation.
“We spent over two years to make it present
on the market why we are now happy to
introduce the world to this unmatched, ultra-thin
and beautiful horn frame.”
