Gourmet moments with WMF
From the very outset, WMF has felt committed to perfect gourmet moments
and perfect cuisine. This responsibility is reflected in all the kitchen gadgets as
well as in the small electrical appliances for both the kitchen and for breakfast.
WMF products have been and continue to be honoured with the most prestigious design awards, and not just because they look great. When developing small
electrical appliances functionality is also key. And this is precisely why proven

series with its elegant design is more than just an addition to My WMF. As the
first Cromargan® range, it constitutes a new product segment in the Consumer
Electric division: mini kitchen appliances. In the meantime, WMF has grown into
an all-round supplier, and offers products that cater for all aspects of enjoyment,

Cromargan® is unique and is only available from
WMF. WMF developed this special, stainless 18/10
ferrous alloy decades ago. Highly polished or satin
matt – Cromargan® is even more beautiful than
any other stainless steel, is easy to clean and keeps
its promise for a lifetime. Cromargan® proves its
durability and good appearance in many millions
of WMF pots and cutlery pieces and now also with
consumer electrics.

WMF Profi Plus Kitchen Machine
Dough like handmade
Mix dough for cakes, bread and pizza. You’ll turn out the
perfect dough every time, because the WMF Profi Plus
Kitchen Machine is a dough specialist and the perfect
technical tool, being equipped with a number of suitable
assistance systems. The Power Assistant with a 1,000 W and
1.4 hp power output as well as the Knead Assistant with
a planetary stirring system guarantee that all ingredients,
whatever their size, will be thoroughly mixed to perfection in
the mixing bowl. The Speed Assistant with electronic speed
regulation mixes or kneads all types of dough you can think
of at eight different speed settings. When necessary, the fold
function, which works at an interval, also mixes ingredients
like whipped egg whites, nuts or fruits under the dough in a
particularly gentle and even manner. The soft start function
ensures that stirring always starts off very carefully to stop
ingredients from spraying out. When you lift the stirring arm
the Safety Assistant automatically turns the appliance off, and
in addition to this the Profi Plus is extra stable on the work
surface thanks to the optimum weight distribution. The Cable
Assistant contains an integrated cable winder, which means
the cable can be practically stored away inside the appliance.

uncomplicated look characterised by clear shapes, with a strong emphasis on the construction

Trends & Sustainability
The global trend towards smaller households has a huge impact on the use of
small kitchen appliances. According to studies conducted by GfK (the Society for
Consumer, Market and Sales Research), the number of single and two-person households is set to rise significantly over the next few years. An increase of over 43
percent is forecast, meaning that worldwide single and two-person households will
account for approximately 70 percent of all households by 2030. This household size
is already the norm in Europe today – in Germany the figure is already 70 percent.
Consumers are increasingly guided by specific energy efficiency statements and
awards. The individual’s ecological footprint is more important than ever before –
very much in the spirit of “less is more”. A healthy diet with homemade fresh products is part of this attitude to life. When it comes to modern convenience, nobody
wants to miss out on easy handling and the option of individual portion sizes.

This means, of course, that living space and kitchen size, including storage space

WMF KITCHENminis® was developed in line with consumers’ growing environmental awareness and the trends towards more sustainable and smaller WMF products
– which are just as powerful as the large ones. The “green” logo featuring a plant
symbol which was created especially for the series reflects the benefits of each
appliance at a glance. Here the first aspect presented is space savings, as symbolised
in the logo with a magnifying glass. Moreover, the size of the appliances also makes
a positive contribution to the use of resources. This is represented by the leaf and
is based on material consumption and transport volume. The WMF KITCHENminis®
products also score top marks in terms of energy savings, a fact which is reflected
by the use of the plug in the logo. Yet neither function, nor convenience nor design
has to be compromised, as the WMF KITCHENminis® series can boast of 100 percent

The new coffee trend is causing a worldwide sensation: Freshly brewed and individually selected
coffee is the trendy way to savour and celebrate filter coffee in „brew bars“. The coffee is brewed
using the traditional infusion method, through which the fine coffee aromas of the various
coffee varieties and roasts can optimally develop.
The unique COUP AromaOne® filter coffee maker uses the
AromaOne® brewing technology to provide the optimal hot

capsules and expensive pads are rendered

The AromaMaster coffee machines from WMF truly are something special, even at

The innovative WMF Milk Variety system makes it possible for an amateur barista to
prepare soft creamy milk froth for cappuccino or Latte Art creations, firm milk froth for
coffee milk specialities, cold milk froth for desserts, frappés or ice coffee and hot milk for
chocolate and much more.
The AromaOne brewing technology guarantees the optimal, hot coffee temperature
and ultimate aroma development from the very first cup. This is ensured through the
software-controlled addition of water from the high-performance heating element, a
prolonged brewing time with the surge-brewing method and the aroma-sealed brewing
chamber.

The coffee aroma can then be individually adjusted at the push of a button. The brewing
process is thus slightly delayed, whereby the aroma can optimally and gently develop –
for intense coffee enjoyment.
The water hardness and the descaling programme aligned to this are individually programmable in an easy to use manner. Regular descaling guarantees the functionality of
coffee machines and a consistent coffee quality.
WMF kettles can be removed without a cord and can conveniently be set on the 360°
base in any position. A convenient cord storage is usually hidden in the base.
The degree of browning is a matter of personal taste. WMF toasters guarantee the individual browning degree settings in different increments.
