1. Pour hot water through to rinse filter
and preheat your decanter.
2. Weight out 24g of coffee and grind
your coffee to a grind a bit coarser than
table salt.
3. Add 50g of water to bloom coffee for
30 seconds.
4. Add remaining 310g of water and let
sit until timer hits 2:00.
5. Open the stopper and let it drain into
a decanter.
6. Marvel and enjoy your coffee.
