RETURN POLICY
HatCo insures our products are delivered without defects in materials or workmanship. Claims for shipments not received, short quantities, damaged goods, or defective goods must
be reported within ten (10) days of invoice date.
All damaged shipments should be refused or reported to the freight company at the time of delivery.
request authorization by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-325-2662 or FAX 1-877-276-0740.
When requesting a return authorization, please furnish your account number, style, size, invoice/order number, reason for return, and chargeback number (if applicable).
Return authorization numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.
The return authorization must appear on the outside of each carton that contains damaged or defective merchandise that is returned to HatCo. This merchandise should be properly
packed to insure that our inspection process may be executed.
Once we have received your return, HatCo will certainly inspect it. We will repair or issue a credit for all defective products. (The retailer will be given the credit or repair option when
the return authorization is issued.) Merchandise that is not defective will be returned to the retailer without credit, or a 15 % restocking fee will be charged.
HatCo will not issue refunds on merchandise that is found to be shopworn, pre-ticketed, used on displays, or found not to be defective. HatCo does not warranty any merchandise that
has been repaired, altered, or shows signs of excessive wear and abuse.
