Introduction The Colter property consists of a 159 unit claim block located in Lindsley and Colter townships at the western extremity of the Geraldton gold camp. The 13 contiguous claims recorded on September 17, 2004 are held by Lake Shore Gold Corp. of Vancouver, British Columbia. The Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 11) transects the eastern extremity of the property, and extends in a westerly direction along the southern flank of the remainder of the approximately 17 km long claim block. The Colter property represents an attractive gold exploration target based on the fact that it's geological/structural setting incorporates the most productive gold mineralization settings of the Geraldton camp, including: the metasediment I quartz feldspar porphyry contacts; and quartz - ankerite veins developed within and/or proximate to tightly folded iron formation. In addition the regional Bankfield - Tombill fault extends along the southern flank of the Colter claim group (1 - 3km). Gold mineralization within the Geraldton camp appears to be spatially related to the Bankfield - Tombill Fault based on the fact that most of the deposits occur in rocks on the north flank of this regional ESE trending structure. • Historical drilling by Dome Exploration Ltd at the property's eastern extremity yielded economically significant gold intercepts, including gold mineralization occurring in a similar setting has the Jellex Horizon. The former Jellicoe (or Jellex) mine located - 2 km ESE of the Colter property was developed on a gold - bearing zone known as the Jellex Horizon. The Jellex Horizon consists of a distinctive sericitized - sicilicified arkose / arkosic greywacke unit intruded by a very continuous quartz feldspar porphyry sill. This report encompasses the fmdings of a geological mapping / beep mat - assisted prospecting program conducted in July - August 2005, including: 1 :5,000 "grid - style" geological mapping; reconnaissance road / lakeshore mapping; and beep mat prospecting of the projected strike - extension of the auriferous Jellex Horizon and MMI anomalies yielded by the 2004 soil geochemistry program. 2. Location and Access The property is located approximately 12 km west of the town of Geraldton, Ontario (Fig. 1). The claim block, straddling the Lindsley Twp / Colter Twp boundary, is roughly centered at UTM 485,000mE and 5,507,00mN. • The Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 11) transects the eastern extremity of the property (- 5 km), and extends in a westerly direction along the southern flank (1-3 km) of the remainder of the approximately 17 km long claim block. Roads to tourist camps and public camp grounds on Wildgoose Lake provide local access to the eastern portion of the claim group; while a network of old logging roads provides good ATV access to the western half of the property. Claim Status The Colter property consists of a 159 unit claim block (~ 2544 ha) located in Lindsley and Colter townships (Figure 2) in the Thunder Bay Mining Division (G-Plan Nos. G0483, G-0477). This past producer, developed on an overburden covered gold-bearing horizon known as the Jellex Horizon, is located approximately 2 km ESE of the Colter property . From 1939 - 1941 the Jellicoe Mine produced 4,238 ounces of gold from the milling of 10,620 tons at an average gold grade of 0.40 oz I ton (l3.71 glt), 2 I ----------------------r ----------------------_· ,.._.._..-..-..-.. -..-..-..-------. Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Co. Ltd flew an airborne magnetic / electromagnetic survey in 1979 covering the northern flank of the western half of the Colter claim block. A combined ground magnetic / electromagnetic survey conducted by Dome Exploration Ltd in 1980 detected ESE - trending EM conductors with correspondent Mag signatures in the Turkey Lake - Namewaminikan River area, at the western extremity of the present claim block (#3018460 - 62). A single diamond drill hole (#144H-4) drilled by Dome Exploration Ltd in 1981 to test one of these EM I Mag anomalies intersected barren pyrite - pyrrhotite stringers. • Following ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys conducted in 1980, Dome Exploration Ltd drilled 21 diamond drill holes totaling ~ 3,030m at the eastern extremity of the Colter property on claims #3018495 and #3018496 (#144J Series). The drilling consisted of three northerly-trending stratigraphical fences, including a 9 hole fence extending over a - 600m distance along the claim block's eastern boundary. Two boreholes collared in the central portion of this drill fence yielded economically significant gold intercepts. Borehole #144J-4 yielded gold intercepts ofO.91m @ 8.57 g/t and 1.22m @ 17.49 glt from a sericitized I pyritized acid dyke (quartz - albite porphyry?) and an adjacent zone of intensely silicified I sericitized greywacke, respectively. Hole #144J-8A collared -75m north of#144J-4 intersected a narrow pyrite - rich quartz vein which returned 30.86 glt Au over a 0.30m core length. In addition hole #1441-6, collared - 1.5 km west on a peninsula in Wildgoose Lake, also returned an economically significant gold intercept of 0.40m @ 4.11 glt from a narrow zone of pyritized quartz veining I flooding. In 1983 Cominco Limited conducted a 18 hole reverse circulation overburden drilling program covering a part of the central portion of the present Colter claim group in the vicinity of Scroll Lake and Mar Lake (#3018480, #3018482 - 83). The objective of the program was to obtain bedrock geology information and basal till samples from this glacial drift dominated metasedimentary - metavolcanic sequence with associated banded oxide iron formation. Rotasonic overburden drilling was conducted by the Geological Survey of Canada (1987) along Hwy II and Wildgoose Beach road at the property's eastern extremity. The drilling intersected a sedimentary package encompassing arkose, greywacke, and mudstone. • Lake Shore Gold Corp. undertook a deep penetrating soil geochemistry program in August - September 2004 in an effort to evaluate the gold exploration potential of this thick overburden dominated area. This program which included the collection of Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) and till (heavy mineral) samples was implemented prior to the staking and/or recording of the present claim group. Following the successful detection, by a trial MM1 sample profile, of the deep drift - covered (25m - 40m) gold mineralization intersected by the 1981 Dome Exploration drilling at the eastern extremity of the property (Map I-East), 15 northerly trending MMI sample profiles (800m - 1,200) were collected along the 17 km length of the claim group (245 samples). The sample profiles straddle, 3 • where possible, the magnetically inferred trace of the banded oxide iron formation. In addition 17 till (heavy mineral) samples were collected along the southern (down - ice) flank of the easterly trending iron formation. 5. Regional Geology / Economic Geology The Colter property lies along the Beardmore - Geraldton Belt, an east - trending, isoclinally folded Archean metavolcanic - metasedimentary sequence located at the eastern extremity of the Wabigoon Subprovince, near its southern boundary with the Quetico Subprovince. Within the study area the supracrustal rocks of this north-facing tectono-stratigraphic sequence have informally been subdivided into three volcanic sedimentary unit sets, including: the northern, central, and southern volcanic and sedimentary units. • Lindsley and Colter townships straddle the Southern Sedimentary Unit - Central Volacanic Unit contact (Figure 3). To the east of the property area the metavolcanic metasedimentary assemblage has been intrude by a granitic stock and sills, and lenticular mafic bodies. Banded oxide iron formation, spatially associated with many gold occurrences in the Beardmore - Geraldton Camp, can be traced in outcrop and from aeromagnetic surveys, from Lake Nipigon in the west to east of Geraldton. The iron formation lies at the northern boundary of the Southern Sedimentary Unit. Northerly trending Proterozoic diabase dikes intrude all rock types. All Archean lithologies have been subjected to greenschist facies regional metamorphism. The sedimentary - volcanic assemblages and the intrusives have been subjected to large and small scale isoclinal folding about east - trending axes. Gold mineralization within the Geraldton camp appears to be spatially related to the Bankfield - Tombill Fault, developed along the south limb of the Little Long Lac Syncline, based on the fact that most of the deposits occur in rocks on the north flank of this regional ESE - trending structure. Isoclinal folding and tight drag folding appear to represent primary controls for the development of auriferous structures in the camp. The Geraldton camp exhibits several gold mineralization settings but historically the two most productive have been the metasediment I quartz feldspar porphyry contacts and quartz - ankerite veins developed within and/or proximate to tightly folded iron formation. From 1934 to 1968 the Geraldton camp produced - 3 million ounces of gold at an average grade of 0.17 oz Iton. The McLeod-Cockshutt Mine, the camp's largest single producer, yielded - 1.75 million ounces of gold over its - 30 year life (1938 - 1967). Bedrock exposure is essentially limited to road cuts along Hwy 11 on the property's south central flank, a few small outcrops on the beaches of Wildgoose Lake, and in the Turkey Lake - Namewaminikan River area at the claim group's western extremity. Quaternary geology mapping by Kristjanssan et al (1988) indicates that the surficial geology of Lindsley and Colter townships is dominated by a fluted / drumlinized till plain. The orientation of the drumlinoid ridges is indicative of a NE - trending ice flow direction. In addition thick glaciofluvial deposits of sand / gravel, locally forming prominent eskers, are also present in the Wildgoose Lake area. Historical diamond drilling within the eastern portion of the claim block indicates overburden depths in the 25m - 40m range. The study area is characterized by typical Boreal Forest vegetation consisting of mossy spruce swamps and Labrador Tea marshes (muskeg) separated by low - lying ridges covered with poplar, birch, and jack pine stands. • The Ontario Geological Survey mapping of Lindsley / Colter townships (Map P.3089), in addition to the bedrock exposure areas mentioned above, is largely based on the geology / stratigraphy of the neighbouring Errington and Legault townships, and on aeromagnetic data interpretation. Based on this interpretation, the Colter property appears to be lithologically dominated by a thick package of easterly - trending, stratigraphically north • facing, well bedded, turbiditic metasediments comprised of quartzofeldspatic arenite (arkose), greywacke, and siltstone (Southern Sedimentary Unit). Several horizons of ESE - trending, magnetically inferred, banded magnetite iron formation occur interbedded with the epiclastic sediments proximal to the mafic volcanic contact, within the northern portion of the Southern Sedimentary Unit. Northerly trending, linear magnetic signatures appear to reflect diabase dykes cross-cutting the Archean stratigraphy. See Table 3 for a detailed breakdown of the litholigical units underlying the property area. The regional Bankfield - Tombill fault extends along the southern flank of the Colter property claim group (1 - 3km). Gold mineralization within the Geraldton camp appears to be spatially related to the Bankfield - Tombill Fault, developed along the south limb of the Little Long Lac Syncline, based on the fact that most of the deposits occur in rocks on the north flank of this regional ESE - trending structure. • Rotasonic overburden drilling conducted by the Geological Survey of Canada (1987) along Hwy 11 and Wildgoose Beach road indicates that the property's eastern extremity is underlain by metasediments. In addition historical diamond drilling conducted by Dome Exploration Ltd (1981 - 84) substantiated the fact that the eastern portion of the Colter property (#3018495 & 96) was primarily underlain by a metasediment package consisting primarily of greywacke with subordinate intercalated arkose, slate, and magnetite iron formation. Dykes and/or sills of hornblende diorite and quartz feldspar porphyry (acid dykes) intrude the sedimentary sequence. The presence of quartz feldspar porphyry bodies is of considerable exploration significance based on the fact that the Jellicoe (or Jellex) Mine located - 2 km ESE of the Colter property was developed on a gold - bearing zone known as the Jellex Horizon. The Jellex Horizon consists of a distinctive sericitized - sicilicified arkose / arkosic greywacke unit (up to 90m) intruded by a very continuous quartz feldspar porphyry sill (l.5m). Bedrock exposure identified on and/or in close proximity to the Colter property during the present geological mapping / prospecting program was essentially limited to a couple of outcrop areas at the western extremity of the claim group in the Turkey Lake Namewaminikan River area and a few small outcrops on Wildgoose Lake along the south - central flank of the property. At the Turkey Lake site a series of bedrock exposures occur along a road bed over a 700m distance and along the shore of the lake. The area is lithologically dominated by easterly - striking / steeply south dipping (100° / 85°S), medium - thin bedded graywacke with subordinate intercalated siltstone / argillite. Sporadic, irregular to ptygmatically folded, bull quartz stringers are developed within the metasedimentary package. A vein zone characterized by a series of ENE - trending, pinch and swell, bull quartz veins (5 40cm) cross-cutting a system ofNE-trending discontinuous quartz stringers is developed within graywacke (+/- silstone) on the shore of Turkey Lake. The mafic volcanics, consisting of intercalated medium grained massive and pillowed (+/amygdaloidal) flows, exhibit a moderate - strong foliation (080° / 80~ and patchy epidotization. A couple of samples collected from narrow quartz veins hosted by mafic volcanics yielded below or slightly above detection limit gold value (#51053 & #51054). Bedrock exposure along the entire south shore of Wildgoose Lake (~24 km) was limited to two small, low-lying outcrops on a beach along the south-central flank of the claim block. The exposures consist of easterly-striking / steep north dipping, medium - thin bedded arkose with subordinate wacke / siltstone intercalations. A sample collected from a set of ENE - trending, coarse grained, bull quartz stringers exhibiting weak pyrite along chloritic selvages yielded a below detection limit gold value (#51028). Similar arkose / wacke exposures were also identified to the south along Hwy 11 and to the east along the Wild goose Lake Lodge road. 7. • Present Field Program A geological mapping i beep mat - assisted prospecting program (6 days) was implemented in an intermittent fashion from July 26 to August 11, 2005 on the Colter claim group located in Lindsley and Colter townships (Figure 2). This fieldwork was conducted in conjunction with another Lake Shore Gold Corp exploration program in the Geraldton camp. The fieldwork was conducted under the supervision of senior project geologist Yves P. Clement, P.Geo. (#212 - 5932 Patterson Ave., Burnaby, BC, V5H 4B4), with assistance from: geologist Monica Proudfoot (21 Mary Ave., Naughton, ON, POM 2MO); and field assistant Andy Morbin (33 Moxam Dr., Lively, ON, P3Y 1C5). The field program was staged - out of the Wildgoose Lake Resort located on the namesake lake in the central portion of the Colter property. A total of 12 geologist - days and 6 geo - assistant days were spent on the implementation of this field program (Table 4). The following sections elaborate on the methodology of the geological mapping / beep mat - assisted prospecting program which included: 1:5,000 "grid - style" geological mapping; reconnaissance road / trail/lakeshore mapping; and beep mat prospecting of the projected strike - extension of the auriferous Jellex Horizon and the MMI anomalies yielded by the 2004 soil geochemistry program . • 8 • Table 4: Colter Field Program - Daily Activity Log (July - August 2005) Date claim # V.Clement M. Traditional prospecting was also emphasized during the mapping program in order to search for disseminated mineralization not detectable by the beep mat, alteration zones, and favorable structural environments such as quartz veining / shear zones. Claims #3018487 and # 3018493 located at the property's eastern extremity were covered by I :5,000 "grid-style" geological mapping at - 200m line spacing (Map 2). The NE trending traverse lines (020°) were established utilizing compass and handheld GPS readings for control. Including claim lines a total of -9.8 line-km and ~7.7 line-km of geological mapping was conducted on claims #3018487 and #3018493, respectively. These claims were selected for mapping based on the presence of several ESE - trending, magnetically - inferred oxide iron formation horizons on claim #3018493 and the fact that claim #3018487 straddles the inferred trace of the Bankfield - Tombill fault. Gold mineralization within the Geraldton camp appears to be spatially related to the Bankfield - Tombill Fault based on the fact that most of the deposits occur in rocks adjacent to and/or on the northern flank of this regional ESE - trending structure. • Not a single bedrock exposure was observed on either claim during the mapping. The study area is dominated by a fluted / drumlinized till plain characterized by typical Boreal Forest vegetation consisting of mossy spruce swamps and Labrador Tea marshes (muskeg) separated by low - lying ridges covered with poplar, birch, and jack pine stands. In addition very few or no locally derived metasediment / metavolcanic floats were identified during the mapping / prospecting program. 9 • The rest of the claim group was subjected to reconnaissance - style mapping utilizing Wildgoose Lake access roads, old logging roads, an abandoned railway line, and lake shores for access / control. Due to the scarcity of outcrops within the property area the reconnaissance mapping / prospecting included observations on bedrock exposures lying along the flanks of the claim group in an attempt to obtain valuable geological / structural information in this drift dominated terrain. A total of ~ 27.7 linear - km of roads / trails and - 29.5 linear - km of lakeshore were traversed during the present reconnaissance mapping program. Areas of prominent bedrock exposure identified on and/or in close proximity to the Colter property during the present geological mapping / prospecting program was limited to a couple of outcrop areas at the western extremity of the claim group in the Turkey Lake Namewaminikan River area. Bedrock exposure along the entire south shore of Wildgoose Lake (- 24 km) was limited to two small low-lying outcrops on a beach along the south-central flank of the claim block. The fmdings of the geological mapping / prospecting program are presented in the "Property Geology" section of the report and on Maps I-East & West. • 7.2 Rock Sampling A total of six (6) rock samples were collected during the reconnaissance geology / prospecting phase of the program, including: a single sample within the confmes of the property (#51054), and five (5) samples on the proximal flanks of the claim group. The samples consisting of bull quartz veining hosted by greywacke and mafic volcanics all returned below or slightly above detection limit gold values. Refer to the "Property Geology" section of the report, Table 5, and Maps I-East & West for further details on the rock sampling. 7.3 Beep Mat - Assisted Prospecting The design of the Beep Mat - aided prospecting program was twofold: to identify mineralized bedrock / float occurrences within the area of the historical Dome Exploration gold intercepts and the WNW strike projection of the gold-bearing Jellex Horizon at the property's eastern extremity; and to evaluate the MMl anomalies yielded by the 2004 reconnaissance soil sampling program. Beep Mat prospecting totals included - 5.25 linear - km of traverses and - 900 m 2 of search patterns covering MMI anomalies. • The beep mat prospecting was conducted by a field assistant and/or a geologist utilizing two (2) Model BM4+beep mats manufactured by Instrumentation GDD. The Beep Mat is a portable electromagnetic survey instrument capable of detecting conductive / magnetic subcroppings / floats buried under up to 3m of overburden. Vein hosted within quartz arenite (+1- grevwacke1. 11 • 7.3.1 Jellex Horizon Target / Historical Drill Hole Search The Jellicoe (or Jellex) mine located - 2 km ESE of the Colter property was developed on a gold - bearing zone known as the Jellex Horizon. The Jellex Horizon consists of a distinctive sericitized - sicilicified arkose / arkosic greywacke unit (up to 90m) intruded by a very continuous quartz feldspar porphyry sill (1.5m). Mineralization is characterized by very fme disseminated pyrite / arsenopyrite associated with silica flooding and/or fme quartz stockworks. Stratigraphically the Jellex Horizon is bounded by greywacke with subordinate iron formation and arkose. Dome Exploration Ltd drilled 21 diamond drill holes totaling - 3,030m along the projected WNW strike extension of the Jellex Horizon at the eastern extremity of the Colter property (Map I-East). The drilling consisted of three northerly-trending stratigraphical fences (144J Series), including a 9 hole fence extending over a - 600m distance along the eastern boundary of claim #3018495. Two boreholes collared in the central portion of this drill fence yielded economically significant gold intercepts, including gold mineralization occurring in a similar setting has the Jellex Horizon. • Borehole #144J-4 yielded gold intercepts of 0.91m @ 8.57 glt and 1.22m @ 17.49 g/t from a sericitized / pyritized acid dyke (quartz - albite porphyry?) and an adjacent zone of intensely silicified / sericitized greywacke, respectively. Hole #144J-8A collared 75m north of # 144J-4 intersected a narrow pyrite - rich quartz vein which returned 30.86 glt Au over a 0.30m core length. In addition hole #144J-6, collared - 1.5 km west on a peninsula in Wildgoose Lake, also returned an economically significant gold intercept of 0.40m @ 4.11 glt from a narrow zone ofpyritized quartz veining / flooding. Beep Mat - aided prospecting was conducted along the drill fence and the claim line in an effort to identify bedrock and/or float occurrences of silicified / pyritized arkose and sulphidized iron formation (Map I-East). In addition beep mat prospecting was also conducted to the west in the general vicinity of drill holes #144J-5 to #144J-7 located on the peninsula in Wildgoose Lake. The traversing, totaling - 2.7 linear-km was conducted in a serpentine pattern in order to increase the coverage area. Although the historical drilling indicates that the general area is covered by a thick drift blanket (avg. 25m 30m), beep mat prospecting was deemed to be of exploration value based on the fact that the Jellicoe Mine (Jellex Horizon) was originally discovered on the basis of a single exposure in a heavily drift covered area. • A search for the historical Dome Exploration Ltd drill collars / casings was conducted in conjunction with the beep mat - aided prospecting program. These boreholes, if proven to be open, could serve as invaluable Borehole IP platforms in this thick overburden dominated terrain. A total of 11 collars were identified and located with a handheld GPS, including: six (6) holes with casing in place; and five (5) holes with pulled casings but identified by pickets with aluminum labels (Table 6). One of the casings found corresponds to borehole #144J-4 which yielded two economically significant gold intercepts . 12 • The Beep Mat prospecting failed to identify a single mineralized bedrock and/or float occurrence but detected two of the drill casings under deep moss cover. This program which included the collection of 245 Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) samples was implemented prior to the staking and/or recording of the present claim group. Following the successful detection, by a trial MMI sample profile, of the deep drift - covered (25m - 40m) gold mineralization intersected by the 1981 Dome Exploration drilling at the eastern extremity of the property (Map I-East), 15 northerly trending MMI soil profiles (800m - 1,200) were collected along the 17 km length of the claim group (Maps I-East & West). The sample profiles straddle, where possible, the magnetically inferred trace of the banded oxide iron formation horizons. Refer to Appendix A for theoretical / technical information pertaining to the MMI geochemical method . • 13 • The MMI survey produced 9 gold anomalies (0.20 - 10.0 ppb) located on 5 individual soil profiles (Maps I-East & West); with the majority of the anomalies consisting of single station responses (Spot Highs). The nine (9) MMI gold anomalies were subjected to beep mat - aided prospecting utilizing a - 50m search radius centred on the sample station (Maps I-East & West). In addition the access traverses into the anomaly sites were also beep mat prospected. In total - 900m2 of search patterns and - 2.5 linear-km of access traverses were covered by beep mat - aided prospecting. The Beep Mat prospecting failed to detect single mineralized bedrock and/or float occurrence, and in addition not a single outcrop was observed at any of the 9 anomaly sites. The anomaly sites ranged in topography / vegetation from sandy till ridges (drumlins) with mixed poplar / spruce cover to mossy spruce / cedar swamps. 8. • Conclusions The present field program solidified the fact that the extensive, thick glacial drift sheet covering the Colter property area is prohibitive to traditional geological mapping / prospecting activities. Consequently not a single bedrock exposure or beep map response was observed during the prospecting of the primary target areas, including: area of the historical Dome Exploration Ltd gold intercepts and the WNW strike projection of the gold-bearing lellex Horizon at the property's eastern extremity; and the MMI anomalies yielded by the 2004 reconnaissance soil sampling program. The Colter property represents an attractive gold exploration target based on the fact that it's geological/structural setting incorporates the most productive gold mineralization settings of the Geraldton camp, including: the metasediment / quartz feldspar porphyry contacts; and quartz - ankerite veins developed within and/or proximate to tightly folded iron formation. In addition the regional Bankfield - Tombill fault extends along the southern flank of the Colter claim group (1 - 3km). Gold mineralization within the Geraldton camp appears to be spatially related to the Bankfield - Tombill Fault based on the fact that most of the deposits occur in rocks on the north flank of this regional ESE trending structure. The former Jellicoe (or lellex) mine located - 2 km ESE of the Colter property is developed on a gold - bearing zone known as the lellex Horizon. The lellex Horizon consists of a distinctive sericitized - sicilicified arkose / arkosic greywacke unit (up to 90m) intruded by a very continuous quartz feldspar porphyry sill (I.5m). Mineralization is characterized by very fme disseminated pyrite / arsenopyrite associated with silica flooding and/or fine quartz stockworks. Stratigraphically the lellex Horizon is bounded by greywacke with subordinate iron formation and arkose. • Dome Exploration Ltd drilled 21 diamond drill holes totaling - 3,030m along the projected WNW strike extension of the lellex Horizon at the eastern extremity of the Colter property (Map I-East). The historical drilling indicates that the ground is underlain by a metasediment package consisting primarily of greywacke with subordinate intercalated arkose, slate, and magnetite iron formation. Dykes and/or sills of hornblende diorite and quartz feldspar porphyry (acid dykes) intrude the sedimentary sequence. Two 14 • boreholes on the easternmost drill fence yielded economically significant gold intercepts; including gold mineralization occurring in a similar setting has the Jellex Horizon. Borehole #144J-4 yielded gold intercepts of 0.91m @ 8.57 glt and 1.22m @ 17.49 g/t from a sericitized I pyritized acid dyke (quartz - albite porphyry?) and an adjacent zone of intensely silicified I sericitized greywacke, respectively. Recommendations Based on the fact that the extensive, thick glacial drift sheet covering the study area is prohibitive to traditional geological I prospecting I trenching activities, the further evaluation of the Colter property will be limited to geophysics and diamond drilling. The following preparatory measures should be implemented in order to ensure a technically sound and cost effective drill program: • The historical drilling data should be entered into a database and proper drill plans I sections produced, utilizing the recently field located collar locations, in order to delineate any folding I unit repetition, favorable metasediment - porphyry contacts, and mineralization I alteration zones . A detailed magnetometer survey, utilizing 50m line spacing with 12.5m stations, should be implemented over the eastern portion of the property in order to delineate any drag folding within the banded oxide iron formation horizons. Isoclinal folding and tight drag folding represent primary controls for the development of auriferous structures in the Geraldton camp. The six (6) boreholes located with casing in place should be dummy probed to determine if they can serve as Borehole IP platforms. The holes in question are not particularly deep holes (- 95m - 145m vertical) but the thickness of the overburden (25m - 40m) may reduce the effectiveness of Surface IP surveying. The eastern portion of the property should be covered by a large loop I deep penetration electromagnetic survey (surface UTEM, PEM) to detect deep - seated sulphide replacement bodies within iron formation and/or sulphidized quartz veining I replacement associated with metasediment I porphyry contacts (i.e. Jellex Horizon). The drill logs for the 1981 - 1984 Dome Exploration Ltd drilling indicate that the core is stored at the Dome Mine site in South Porcupine.
