which includes a situational judgement
test, CV upload, questionnaires and

work out if you would be the right fit for
the role.

interview with questions about key skills and
motivation about the industry and the role.
• The next step is an assessment centre, testing
how you react to a working environment. This
consists of a competency-based interview,
presentations and role play, before a final
interview with a director at the local office.
We’ll keep in touch throughout the process and we’re available to answer questions at any time!
