– Close to great beaches – Good surfing potential.
– Fishing town – decent fishing very close by.
– Nice location
– Can do Lobster bake via a fish market next store out side.
– Restaurant about ½ mile away
– Lots of restaurants a dingy ride away
– Nice Salt Pond – Nice pool area
– Close to LI
Disadvantages‐
– May be limited on size of group if we are really big.
– Hotels not within walking distance
– Need to take dingy to Point Judith Fishing Village

– May be able to work a deal with Hunt Yachts for the “gathering”
– Nice Pool
– Lots of Hotel options – Newport is close
– Kind of of cool spot – Lots of big boat projects – Old Navy Installation
Disadvantages‐
– 3.75/Ft‐ May be able to get a deal, but hey have not come forward with one yet
– Hotels not within walking distance.
– Not much to do unless you go to Newport
– May be limited on transient slips –grouping may be a problem.
– About a ½ hour run up the bay from Newport RI
