farm2preschool long island Long Island Farm to Preschool news Long Island Farm to Preschool’s last few weeks are upon us. We have had a wonderful season and have immensely enjoyed being able to bring farm fresh produce to you and your families. We realize that some families are just now joining us, so hurry down and take advantage of what LI Farm to Preschool has to offer. Each week at our markets we cook a new recipe and provide tastes and recipes to take home. Parents also receive a new kitchen tool weekly, as well as a $2 coupon to spend at the market. All of our markets accept cash, debit, credit, SNAP benefits, and WIC and Senior FMNP checks. We also have Fresh Connect checks, which are $2 coupons given for every $5 spent in SNAP benefits. Last week’s recipe for Lemony Garbanzo Bean Dip was a nice, lemony twist on hummus, with cumin and cilantro added to spice it up. If you missed it, stop by the F2P tent at our markets, or click here to get a copy.
