Hello
Follow these simple instructions and
you’ll be enjoying your Foxtel iQHD
quicker than you can say “pass the
popcorn”.
This handy guide will show you how
to swap your current iQHD box with a
new one. The whole process should
only take around 15 minutes, and there
are 4 easy steps.
Included in this kit, you should have
· A new iQHD set top box
· A letter detailing how to return your old
set top box
· This set of instructions
You will be using your existing smartcard
with your new iQHD box.
Handy Hint...
Your current iQHD recordings.
When you swap your box you lose your recordings
and series links. If possible it’s a good idea to write
down all of your current series links so that you can
reset them in your new box. Just press the “Planner”
button on your remote control to see all of your
recordings.

Step 2
Swap your cables and smartcard
First put your new set top box on top of (or close to) your old set top box.
Now, just remove your cables from the old set top box, and connect them into the same socket on your new set top box, one by
one. The signal input cable needs to be unscrewed and screwed in, it does not pull out.

Step 4
Return your old set top box
Returning your equipment is easy. All you need to do is take the enclosed letter, together with the self adhesive label and your old
set top box to an Australia Post outlet, and they will take care of the rest. Australia Post will give you a receipt – it’s a good idea to
keep a copy of this for your records.
For safe transporting, you should use the cardboard box your new equipment was delivered in.
