About the Fun Run
Since 1990, thousands of oncology nurses have participated in the Fun Run/Walk & Wheelchair, held annually at the ONS
Congress. The race is held to honor the memory of Ann Olson, and to raise money for the Ann Olson Memorial Scholarship
Fund, which supports oncology nurses in pursuing new knowledge through higher education.
The 25th Annual ONS Foundation/Pfizer Oncology 5K-race course will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at 6:30 a.m.
during the ONS 40th Annual Congress in Orlando, FL near the Orange County Convention Center and Congress hotels.
About the ONS Foundation
The mission of the Oncology Nursing Society Foundation is to support oncology nursing to improve the lives of people with
or at risk for cancer. ONS Foundation has distributed more than $24 million in research grants, research fellowships,
academic scholarships, lectures, public education projects, career development awards and conference scholarships to

Registration
To pre-register, visit www.onsfoundation.org or call 1-866-257-4ONS (4667) and choose #4 on the menu options. Your $30
pre-registration fee will benefit the Ann Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund. Your registration includes a limited edition 25th
Annual ONS Foundation/Pfizer Oncology Fun Run/Walk & Wheel t-shirt (while supplies last), finisher’s ribbons,
participation in the event, and refreshments immediately following the event.
To register on-site at Congress visit the Pfizer Oncology Booth during posted exhibit hours. On-site registration fee is $35.00.
Participants can raise additional money by securing individual donations from colleagues, family, and friends.
Pre-registration ends on April 15, 2015.

The Fun Run/Walk & Wheelchair Ann Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1990 to honor the memory of Ann Olson, an employee of
the former Adria Laboratories who passed away in 1989. Since then, thousands of oncology nurses have participated in the Fun Run/Walk & Wheelchair at ONS’s Annual Congress to honor Olson’s memory and to raise funds to support oncology nurses in pursuing new knowledge through higher
education.
Your $30 pre-registration fee will benefit the Ann Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund. Your registration includes a limited edition 25th Annual
ONS Foundation/Pfizer Oncology Fun Run/Walk & Wheel t-shirt (while supplies last), finisher’s ribbon, participation in the event, and

Release From Liability
In consideration of this entry acceptance, and for other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

its affiliates, Pfizer Oncology, City of Orlando, Exhilarate Events, Orange
County Convention Center and any individual or organization associated
with the 5K run for any and all injuries, damages, losses, liabilities and/or
costs of any kind sustained by me during or related to the event, even if
caused by the negligence of any of the persons, corporations, entities or

ONS Foundation/ONS specific permission to reproduce, publish, circulate,
