Live, meaning music played by people. Absolutely no DJ trying to rock the house before the show. 5 minutes before the show our sound engineer will lower the volume. After the the gig the music can be whatever the promoter think is good for giving the audience a great night. Transport The band travels with train or airplane. The promoter must provide transport to and from station, airport, hotel and venue. Security The promoter is responsible for the safety of the artist and the artists equipment at the venue at all times. It is the promoters responsibility to have a proper liability/cancellation insurance. Page 1 of 7 KOORIDER Version 2.0 Dressing Room The promoter will supply a clean, heated, and private dressing room suitable for 8 persons. There should be comfortable chairs, a table, 2x230 V power outlets, one fridge, mirror, running water and toilet. The dressing room should be secure and lockable. Catering In the dressing room 40 bottles of still water. 10 bottles of carbonated water 1 bottle of brandy 50 beers White wine Coffee Tea with ginger, lemon and honey Sandwiches with cheese and different kind of spreads (vegetarian options) Fresh fruits and snacks 8 small towels 4 big towels Dinner A nice homemade meal for 8 persons. 1 vegetarian, and 3 that eat fish but no meat. If dinner is served at venue or venues restaurant the artist must have the possibility to eat at least 3 hours before stage time. Dinner should be hot, of good quality and preferably homemade, including side salads, drinks and bread. Page 2 of 7 KOORIDER Version 2.0 TECHNICAL INFORMATION The band travels with a sound engineer. See contact info. The promoter will supply a fully functioning PA, appropriately proportioned to the size of the venue and the needs of the band. The PA must be powerful enough to deliver a clear and undistorted sound capable of covering the entire room. The artist will take no responsibility for damage to the PA if the equipment is not fullty functioning or the above is not adhered to. All the equipment must be fully functioning, connected and ready to use well before the artists soundcheck. FoH-Console Midas, Digico, Soundcraft (Vi series) or any other high quality console. If analog: 4 group compressors, Graphic EQ on all outputs and reverbs (see input list) Personel requirements The following personel should be present at the venue from the artists arrival until departure: 1 person who knows the PA well and can assist the artist with any technical queries. 1 Light technician Monitors 7 Wedges on 7 separate mixsystems and 1 separate mix for Stereo InEar (we bring InEar system). On big festival stages a local monitorengineer/console is preferred! Page 3 of 7 KOORIDER Version 2.0 Instruments Vibraphone: Musser or comparable instrument. Minimum 3 octaves. Motor and graduated bars. Tuning preferably 440Hz but 442 is ok. 444 Hz will sound very bad. Without a working motor the instrument is considered to be damaged and useless. Piano stool: Stable and adjustable Bongos with stand Congas with stand Bar Stool: Semi-high stool or ”bar stool” for accordion player Baritone saxophone: If possible we prefer to fly without the baritone saxophone.
