Our experienced development team has been involved in some of the most dynamic and successful speculative and occupier led development schemes throughout the United Kingdom. With an existing portfolio of both ‘ready to go’ consented land and a significant strategic land bank, we have the expertise, the sites and the in-house funding to deliver high quality buildings for our customers. Created in 1996 the business has evolved to become one of the leading independent privately owned commercial property development companies in the United Kingdom. we have the track record, the sites & the in-house funding to deliver high quality buildings for our customers… strategic land We have recognised over the years that a good quality pipeline of consented land – ‘our raw material’ – is vital to the longevity of our business. The company has an existing portfolio comprising over 1,500 acres of strategic land with an expected development value of over £2 billion which is anticipated to receive planning consent for over 30 million sq ft of primarily logistics property over the next four years. 1,500 acres The portfolio is well located, concentrated around the main motorway arteries of the UK and primarily around the ‘Golden Triangle’ of the M1 and M40. Paramount to the success of our land bank is the quality of the relationships which we have been able to develop with our landowner partners and local authorities, who have learned that they can trust that we will do what we say we will, and that we do it in both a transparent and straightforward manner. £2 billion 30 million sq ft db symmetry identifies, secures and promotes land with the potential for added value through the planning process.
