It is agreed that Kulis Freeze Dry will not be held responsible for any losses due to fire, wind, electrical failure, loss or damage in process or transit, etc; or any other circumstances beyond their control.
Kulis Freeze Dry ASSUMES all game is LEGAL and is not responsible for any illegal game in its custody. The true condition of customer goods is not known until all taxidermy or service is in process
and or work is completed, all services are at customer’s own risk.
A deposit of one half the total invoice or estimated invoice shall be requested upon receipt of goods. Balance is due upon completion of work, which may be prior to pick up or shipping of customers’
goods. Should a customer not respond to notification or not make payment within 30 days of notification ,or make payment arrangements, the goods shall become the property of Kulis Freeze Dry.
