Guitar through the Ages
Music from the past to modern days, played on replicas of each age, using
historical information on the performance.
With the vihuela, one can hear the music from the time of the first European
settlements on the Americas. The baroque guitar shows how the music from the
time of Johann Sebastian Bach sounded. The romantic guitar has technical
features which sound inovative nowadays, such as a raised fingerboard of
adjustable height, and as played the virtuosos from the time of Ludwig van
Beethoven. And, on the modern guitar, music of the present days.
