AUCTION REGISTRATION and SALE SITE
A cashier’s check in the amount of
$10,000.00 per property made payable to
the bidder will be required to register to bid.
Registration begins at 9:30 A.M. (CT). The
sale begins at 11:00 A.M. (CT). The auction
will take place onsite at 59 County Road
K, Manitowish Waters, WI 54545 (refer to
directions to the property).
BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
Up to a 2% commission will be paid to
any properly licensed Buyer’s Broker who
registers a successful Buyer according
to the Broker Participation Guidelines.
Broker registration forms are available
online at www.jpking.com. Forms must be
completed and returned no later than 48
hours prior to the auction.
TERMS
A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be
due immediately after being declared the
Buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing
within 30 days.
AUCTION FINANCING
Promotional financing is available through
Peoples State Bank to all buyers of auction
properties. Buyer(s) with at least ten
percent down at auction date and closing
within 30 days will be automatically
qualified for financing provided that within
the last 36 months the buyer has not
had any liens, judgments, bankruptcies,
foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure,
and has not been in default on current debt
obligations. Annual percentage rates are
5.50% APR with ten percent down or 4.95%

BUYER’S PREMIUM
