Family… community… making life better by offering multiple ways to grow, learn and
celebrate. No matter what your age or interest, the Osher Marin Jewish Community
Center has programs and services to enrich your life. We are delighted to offer you a
unique opportunity to support the JCC and help us continue this vital work by becoming
a family sponsor of our annual gala and major fundraiser, Marin Alfresco to be held on
Saturday evening, May 30, 2015.
Our evening begins in the Plaza J Courtyard with local tastings and jazz music. Then
onward to Swig Field where guests will enjoy local cuisine, libations, delectable sweets,
a silent auction and dance the night away under the stars to Wonder Bread 5! All
proceeds from Marin Alfresco will support JCC scholarships that allow our community
members to strengthen their bodies and spirits in our pools and fitness center,
experience our summer camp, enjoy weekly Shabbat lunches and excursions for
seniors, participate in our preschool and toddler programs, attend inspiring performing
arts programs and connect with their community. We award over $200,000 in these
scholarships annually.
In grateful recognition of your sponsorship, your family name will be prominently
featured in print, on invitations, event materials, e-blast and hard copy mailings that
reach over 19,000 community members. The enclosed sponsorship benefits and
recognition sheet provides a detailed description of sponsorship levels. We welcome

The Event!
Marin Alfresco is a Culinary Festival under the stars, celebrating life, community, food
and wine in Marin, San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area. Taking place on Saturday,
May 30, 2015, it will be an evening you won’t want to miss! Local chefs, restaurants,
and wineries will be partnering with the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center to be
part of the best the Bay Area has to offer for a magical night under the stars.
Marin Alfresco features Wonderbread 5, who will be adding their unique style to your
favorite pop, rock and cover songs. The Wonderbread 5 posse fuses hip-hop, countryfied anthems, disco and metal, resulting in a high energy spectacle of fun and grooves.
This fundraising event will bring together Marin’s most prominent business and
community leaders who believe in our commitment of community support. All proceeds
from this event will benefit scholarship programs at the Osher Marin JCC.

About the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center:
For over 65 years, the Osher Marin JCC has been enriching the Marin community. With
over 1,000 people crossing our threshold daily, the Osher Marin JCC is a hub of life in
Marin County. As the largest multi-generational community center in Marin, we offer an
award winning fitness center and swimming pools, two Pre-school campuses (San
Rafael and Tiburon), adult education classes, national and international trips and local
excursions, award winning performing arts programs, cultural activities and festivals,
summer day camps and so much more, all in a family-friendly environment.
The mission of the Osher Marin JCC is to;

You don’t have to be Jewish to take part in all the Center has to offer. Our center has
