About Our Founder - Apostle Dr. Vicki Lee
Dr. Vicki Lee is called by God to be the Founder, Director and CEO of Saints Of Value ‘World’
Ministries, a ministry designed to birth out ministers, leaders and laymen, that they may fulfill
the WORD, to heal the broken hearted and set the captives free by the power of His Spirit. Dr.
Lee has been supernaturally established by God to pull out the gifts and talents in the Body of
Christ, calling them to order in an atmosphere of exercising them into complete and equipped
ministers. Just as physical exercise is beneficial to the natural body, spiritual exercise brings us
to our fullest potential in God just as He intended, before the foundation of the world.
Dr. Lee is also the director, producer and editor of S.O.V. With Dr. Vicki Lee Television & Radio
Broadcast Ministry. Dr. Lee is a preacher, teacher, evangelist, prayer warrior, songwriter,
author, and psalmist. She is devoted to serving God in any capacity so that He may be glorified.
Her God-given ministry is empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring salvation, deliverance, and
restoration. Dr. Lee is a woman of character, integrity, dignity and honor. She is determined,
devoted, sold-out and dedicated to seeing God’s righteousness prevail in the Earth.
Dr. Vicki Lee is a graduate of Friends International Christian University, Merced, California,
where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Biblical Counseling. Dr. Vicki Lee also received her
Doctrine of Divinity from Promise Christian University, in August of 2006.

Foundational Scriptures
In the beginning was the Word to S.O.V…
2 Timothy 2:19-21
Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this
seal: "The Lord knows those who are His”, and, "Let everyone who
names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.'' 20. But in a great
house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood
and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. 21. Therefore if
anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for
honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good
work.
Ephesians 4:11-16
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets,
some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12. For the
equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of
the body of Christ, 13. Till we all come to the unity of the faith and
the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the
measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14. That we
should no longer be children tossed to and fro and carried about
with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning
craftiness by which they lie in wait to deceive, 15. But, speaking
the truth in love may grow up in all things into Him who is the
head Christ 16. From the whole body, joined and knit together by
what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by
which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the
edifying of itself in love.

Dr. Fitzhugh G. Houston
Producer – Director – Actor - Editor
Fitzhugh “Fitz” Houston - Dr. Fitz has been a professional
actor/musician for over 30 years, starring in shows such as
True Jackson, That’s So Raven, Sister‐Sister and Malcolm in
the Middle, just to name a few (see fitzhouston.com). He is
also an acting instructor/ coach.
Now also a producer, director and editor, he has produced 75
episodes of the musical variety show, Gospel Vibes, a show
which showcases known and unknown Gospel artists; and 12 episodes of the ministry show, A
New Direction, and Victory Over Lust, which focuses on guiding all who are struggling with an
addiction to pornography (victoryoverlust.org).
As an author/speaker, he was divinely inspired to write “Spirit Rhymes” which consists of 150
inspirational poems God move him to write in just two months. He has also written three
Christian books, “Men Let’s Talk: Pornography, the Quiet Addiction (book and workbook) and
“The Victory Over Lust Survival Handbook.” In addition, he is also currently speaking, by
invitation, to mens groups, marriage fellowships, youth ministries and various other outreaches
who need help in dealing with this sensitive topic.
Dr. Fitz CD, 66 Books in the Bible and karaoke DVD by the same name, has been used by
ministries young and old for the past several years to help teach the order of the books of the
Bible through rap. His most recent CDs, “Basking in His Presence”, “God’s Healing Hour of
Power”, and “Scriptures, Prayers and Confessions,Pt.1 “ , have been successfully assisting many,
online or by download, who use these CDs to set the atmosphere for their own daily prayer life.
All are available at amazon.com. He is also an accomplished
flugelhorn player, and is set to release his first gospel/jazz/rap
CD, “Rappin and Praisin’ His Name” later this spring.
In 1998, Minister Fitz and his wife, Jahna, founded Faith, Hope
and Help Ministries, (faithhopehelpministries2.org) which seeks
to spread the word online through music, films, television,
inspirational poetry, books, testimonies and more.

Dr. Ron Roberson-Producer-Director-Anchor
Ron Roberson has been serving in ministry for over 40 years.
He accepted his call to the Ministry in 1974 where he was
Ordained in the Church of God in Christ, San Diego, In 1979
under Bishop Charles Blake Sr. He soon became Assistant
Pastor at St. Paul COGIC: in San Diego. In 2001 he was
Ordained Pastor through Catch the Flame, Inc.; received a
Bachelor of Theology Degree through Catch The Flame Bible
College. In 2001, Ron founded On Fire Christian Fellowship,
birthed in the City of Bellflower, CA and soon moved to the
heart of his vision, Skid Row at the Union Rescue Mission. He
is also a Facilitator for a Substance Abuse and Recovery Program called “Celebrate Recovery”.
Ron Roberson is the producer and director for Miracle Productions & The Pulse Media. With
Miracle Productions he has worked with some of the top names in show business such as:
Whoopie Goldberg, Johnny Brown, Isaac Hayes, Chaka Chan, Ray Charles and many more. He
has produced and directed several award winning commercials, documentaries and short
stories. In the field of sports, Ron has interviewed some of the top athletes in the country:
baseball great, Eric Davis, Darrell strawberry boxers: Oscar De la Hoya, Paul Gonzales and Ken
Norton, football: Lester Hayes, Willie Gault and Tony Dorsett. In politics: Bill Clinton, Al Gore,
Jimmy Carter and more. He currently works with legendary entertainer Smokey Robinson and
his charity foundation. Ron is a motivational speaker, educator and Personal Fitness Trainer. One
of Ron’s greatest successes is the AT&T Cub Reporter
Program, where youngsters as well as adults are taught
the fine art of Television Production. Many of his
students have gone on to take positions at cable
companies, local networks and private productions. In
1992 Ron received an EMMY for “Gang Facts: What every
parent should know.” He was also nominated for an
EMMY in 2012 for “Leimert Park Today” and a nomination
for “Towers of Power” in 2013.
Ron has also produced many TV Production Workshops throughout the Los Angeles Area
including the Union Rescue Mission, the Los Angeles County Probation Department, Downey
Adult School and many church organizations.

He is currently the host of CNN Headline News Local Edition, Chivas USA, Special Edition and
The Pulse Media! Several documentaries and segments from CNN, TBN and the 700 Club have
been done on his life.

RADIO ANNOUNCER, AUTHOR
Ministry:
Nawania Lyles was ordained an Evangelist by Saints
of Value “World” Ministry Ministerial Training
shortly after receiving accommodations for her
work in Ministry from City of Los Angeles, Mayor
Antonio R. Villaraigosa, a Certificate of Special
Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman, Diane E. Watson, Certificates of
Recognition from California State Assembly members Mike Davis &Karen Bass, and
County of Los Angeles Supervisor, Yvonne B. Burke.
She attributes her drive and determination to her mother, the late Evangelist
Estella Marshall who was her mentor. She answered her call into the Ministry in
2001 and began ministering monthly to women of all nationalities at the Union
Rescue Mission. From there she began to Minister to the homeless in the streets of
Los Angeles every Thanksgiving by serving hundreds of home cooked meals as well
as passing out Bibles, tracks, toiletries, inspirational poems and the Love of Jesus
Christ.
Being a PK (Pastor’s Kid) afforded her the opportunity to gain experience in many
capacities in the church such as Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Secretary,
Choir Director, Musician, Audio-Visual Engineer, Pastor’s Aide, Church Nurse, Food
Services and Youth leader and Children’s Choir Director. She is a member of Living
Gospel Church where Bishop D. L. Jones is the pastor.
Radio:
Nawania Lyles, affectionately known to many as “Aunt Wanie” began her journey
in radio broadcasting back in 1978 as an intern to Gospel Ambassador, Reginald
Utley. He was at that time on KGFJ Radio. He noticed her enthusiasm for Gospel
music when she had began calling continuously requesting him to play songs in a

certain order. She would call several times a day making requests but disguising
her voice so he wouldn’t know it was the same person. He continued to assist him
on radio and as he hosted concerts throughout the community. She began to be
more active when he left KGFJ and went to KTSJ in Pomona and then to KMAX
107.1 FM. She began to study and learn all facets of radio from production, board
operations to programming. This eventually led to him inviting her to assist him
and her co-hosting and working full time at the radio station from 1981 to 1994.
When the format changed from gospel she continued to work as a producer until
hired to preside as the Gospel Director and do the morning drive show at KALI 1430
AM in 1995. She has remained at KALI, now 900 AM for the past 14 years. She
also works for Multicultural Radio Broadcasting, Inc (MRBI), owner of KALI, as the
Administrative Assistant to the West Coast VP, West Coast Human Resources
manager, 747 Green Street Building Manager, Notary Public and Office Manager.
She worked up the ranks as the receptionist, to accountant, to traffic manager and
Smartscaster programmer. She has been sharing the gospel via the airwaves
for more than three decades. Prior to coming to KALI she co-hosted the morning
crew, Monday thru Friday on KMAX, KAXX, KBAX – 107.1 FM and gained notoriety
with her Bible Quiz questions. On Sundays she hosted a 3-hour show coined as
"Having Service before Service". She also hosted the Station’s community affairs
talk show "Your Church, Your Community".
In order to keep up with the times, she started broadcasting live on the internet
beginning with xradiogospel.biz which was later changed to, theicn.com (The
International Christian Network).
Prior to entering into the Gospel Music Industry full-time Nawania worked in the
Computer Industry as a Computer Programmer Analyst and while doing so, she
interned at KGFJ and KTSJ Radio Stations as Assistant to Southern California’s
Gospel Ambassador of Radio, Reginald Utley. Her motivation and drive to see
God’s people blessed via the medium of radio ministry eventually led to her leaving
the Computer Industry and drove her to refocus her direction in life to Radio and
later Television.
Print:
Nawania is the Gospel Music Editor for Freedom’s Journal Newspaper, the oldest
African-American publication in America. She is a contributing writer for Urban
Network Magazine and was the West Coast Representative for Urban Inspired
Magazine. . She wrote articles for the on-line publication, Shonuff Times called
“Shonuff Gospel.

She penned a poem book entitled “Words from the Eagle’s Nest” and is
finishing up her first novel, My True First Love”. In this book takes you on her life’s
journey from birth, through teen years to finding her true first love. She has also
written many poems. One of them, “Your Mother was a flower” was published in
the National Poetry Society.
Organizations:
She served as both President and VP of the Southern California Gospel Announcers
Guild, which is a division of the Gospel Music Workshop of America founded by the
late Rev. James Cleveland. She served as a hostess on various TV shows such as:
“Gospel Karaoke from Hollywood”, “Gospel Video Connection”, and “Women of
Prominence, Women of Promise” before producing and hosting “Aunt Wanie's
Gospel Variety TV Show" which is seen all over Southern California.
Entertainment Industry:
Nawania aka “Wanie” worked for many years as National Promotions Director for
Command Records. There she promoted artists such as: Phil & Brenda Nicholas,
CLC Youth Choir, Kenny Smith, Rodney Friend, Friendly Temple Mass Choir,
Saxophonist-Rodney Taylor and Tommye Young West.
She continues to work with Phil & Brenda Nicholas coordinating activities for
the Annual Nicholas Love Cruise.
She has also worked with and promoted many other prominent Gospel
Artist.
Awards & Accommodations:
Nawania has received numerous awards from community organizations
recognizing her Ministry work in the community: The City of Los Angeles Certificate
Of Commendation (Councilman Bernard Parks), Trailblazer Award from UCLA, the
Zoe Christian Leadership Award, Certificate from Youth 100, Outstanding Service
Award from the Living Gospel Audio Visual Dept, and others. She was voted the
National Gospel Announcer of the Year in Cincinnati at the GMWA's Gospel
Announcers Guild.
Community Involvement:
She has been a producer of L.A. Marathon’s Marathon of Music since its inception
almost twenty years ago (while working at KMAX 107.1 FM). In 2000, “Aunt
Wanie Productions” joined forces with Sports Outreach/Run To Win and as a result

of that merger, in 2001 she hosted the first Gospel Road, which featured three (up
to four) stages of entertainment of all forms of Gospel Music, Jazz & Rap on the
streets of LA.
She heads a monthly ministry to the women at Union Rescue Mission. This is a
ministry that encourages, uplifts and inspire
homeless women to seek God even in the times of
trouble and let them know how much God loves
them.
She is the proud mother of two daughters, one son
and two grandsons. But most importantly a CHILD
OF GOD who loves the Lord!!
Her favorite scripture is Psalms 34:1b “ I will Bless
the Lord and all
times and His Praise shall continually be in my mouth”

Recognition is great, however doing the work is more
important. Dr. Paul is happily married to a beautiful
and anointed woman, Pastor Gail. They have three
lovely and adorable children Johnathan, Johanna and Brandon. Pastor Paul is the author of
over twenty life-changing, inspirational and awesome books which is available on
Amazon.com by searching Caprietta books. Dr. Paul loves winning the lost to

advance to many schools specializing in warfare as

Fast forward to 1984 “Sgt Thomas” was ordained as Elder in the Church of God In
Christ, by The Jurisdictional Prelate of Japan, Bishop Archie Buchanan, and for the
next six years, Elder Thomas would be mentored, trained, sat down, and forged
into a spiritual warrior, under the guidance of the Holy Ghost.

Dr. Richard Bryant
In 1988 he was License as a Minister in the COGIC,
under Bishop Patterson overseer. Dr. Bryant has
served as minister in COGIC in Long Beach at
Revival Time Church of God in Christ. He also serve
as a Youth Pastor for One Church International
under Senior Pastor Toure' Roberts. Now Dr.
Richard Bryant is ordained under the Saints Of
Value Ministries as Pastor, soon after he was promoted to Staff Pastor and
Currently promoted to Administrative Deputy-Assistant Pastor and just voted in
February 6, 2015 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saints Of Value
Ministries…..under the direction of the HOLY Ghost.
Pastor Richard Bryant is in charge of the S.O.V. Men of Valor Ministry, the S.O.V.
Ministers Accountability/ Integrity Department and the Saints Of Value Ministries
Marriage Ministry where he is assisted by his lovely wife Rosalind Bryant where
both are Certified Marriage Counselors under N.A.M.E. (National Association of
Marriage. Enhancement), providing counseling to Pastors and Ministers.
Dr. Richard Bryant has over 25 years in Law Enforcement, State Certified Field
Training Officer for new Police recruits, State Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor.
Dr. Richard has worked in the Juvenile Intervention with the Los Angeles County
Sheriffs Department. He is a police instructor dealing with case law regarding use
of force.
Pastor Bryant was prior nomination for the Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Certified 6th
Degree Black Belt in the International Christian Karate Association, a Senior Master

Open Martial Arts. He is the author of Future Christian Book entitled, "Men who
are growing up to be Boy".
Dr. Richard states “After all these accomplishments, God is to get all the Glory, it’s
not the title it is the anointing of the precious Holy Spirit and our love for Christ
that matters.”

Dr. Darlene Alexander
Darlene Lee Alexander humble beginnings started at
the Frist Baptist Church of Duarte, California. Dr.
Alexander teaching ministry began when she was a 8
years old when she notice that the very young and
mentally challenge were not being taught during
Sunday School. With the blessing of the pastor who
volunteered his office for the class since there was no
other room in the church. Everyone was surprise to
find that the children were able to recite what they
had learned about Jesus. Many thought that she would be regular school teacher
but The Holy Spirit had another plan.
In 1976 Dr. Darlene rededicated her life to God was filed with the Holy Spirit
and got involved in the Kingdom business. She began her work at Crenshaw
Christian Center working in Personal Ministry, Nursery & singing in the choir.
After leaving CCC she began serving at Heritage Family Fellowship where she
served for 23 years in various positions including board member, Dept. Head
of Personal Ministry, Children Choir Director and Chaplain in the Jail Ministry.
It has been said she had worked every department in the Church. Dr. Darlene
continues today with involvement with Prison Ministry. Teaching at Saints Of
Value Ministerial Training Center, and at INA (International NonDenomination) Assemblies Mega Church. In 2005 she founded “Abiding in
His Presence Ministry” in which she regularly teaches at Bible Stud and
Seminars.

PINGTUNG, TAIWAN. MY PARENTS & MY GRANDMA WERE
CHRISTIANS FROM MAINLAND CHINA. IT WAS "CHINA INLAND
MISSION'S FOUNDER MISSIONARY JAMES HUDSON TAYLOR'S
GREAT GRANDSON JAMES TAYLOR WHO SHARED THE GOSPEL
WITH MY GRANDMOM & MY PARENTS. THAT WAS HOW
THEY
GOT
SAVED & BECAME A CHRISTIAN. AFTER COMMUNIST TOOK
OVER THE RED CHINA, AT THAT TIME MY FATHER WHO SERVED IN THE PRESIDENT CHIANG KAI
SHEK'S ARMY WISELY TOOK OUR ENTIRE FAMILY TO TAIWAN & STAYED THERE. THEREFORE
OUR FAMILY WAS SAFE & WAS NOT PERSECUTED BY THE COMMUNIST PARTY. WE TRULY
THANK GOD FOR IT. MY GRANDMA & MY PARENTS TAUGHT US 10 CHILDREN IN A VERY
GODLY WAY. FROM MY CHILDHOOD ON I KNEW I WAS BORN BY MY PARENTS AS A SINNER
AND EVERY DAY I NEEDED MY LORD & MY SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, SO WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS
OLD I CONFESSED ALL MY SINS AND I ACCEPTED JESUS INTO MY HEART, THEN I BAPTIZED. IN
1970 I GRADUATED FROM MY BUSINESS COLLGE AS AN HONORED STUDENT, THEN MY
COLLEGE'S PRESIDENT HIRED ME TO BE MY COLLEGE'S ASSISTANT PROFESSOR. MEANTIME I
STUDIED AT "CHINA EVANGELICAL SEMINARY" FOR 3 WONDERFUL YEARS. THIS SEMINARY
CAMPUS WAS JUST RIGHT NEXT TO MY BUSINESS COLLEGE. GOD WAS SO GOOD TO
ME. AFTER I FINISHED MY SEMINARY'S TRAINING, IN THE YEAR 1973 I IMMIGRATED TO THE
UNITED STATES, LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. I FOUND A JOB AND I WORKED AS A JR

I MOVED TO ORANGE COUNTY.WE LIVED IN THE CITY OF CYPRESS. WE WORKED WITH
PASTOR JOHN WONG AND WE ESTABLISHED A 1st CHINESE MISSIONARY & ALLIANCE CHURCH
IN THE CITY OF FULLERTON. THEN OUR CHURCH GREW FROM 1 CHURCH TO 5 CHURCHES. IN
THE YEAR 1976 I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL, SO I WENT TO CYPRESS COLLEGE TO
STUDY. THERE I MET MY LATE HUSBAND WILLIAM MACE. WE MARRIED IN 1979 AND HAD 3
CHILDREN. IN THE YEAR 1985 OUR YOUNGEST SON, STEPHEN MACE WAS BORN AS A
DOWNSYNDROME WITH ARTISM PROBLEMS. OUR FAMILY'S LIVES BECAME HARDER. WE
EXPERIENCED ALL KINDS' TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS. GOD JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER
OUR MACE FAMILY COULD STILL TRUST HIM. THANK GOD FOR HIS STRENGTH IS MORE THAN
ENOUGH. BY HIS GRACE WE COULD ENDURED THIS HARD TIME UNTIL NOW. JUNE 04, 2002

Now I an a Acupuncture Doctor 6years and in 2012 I became a Fulltime Pastor under S.O.V. to
immigrants from China My bible focus is Matthew 4:23-25
Today: Dr. Anna is a Chinese Sr. Pastor of Heavenly Doctors Ministries in Monterey Park. Where
she conducts 3 worship services a weekend Saturday night where her members who work in the
Nails Shops, message paroles and Chinese’s restaurants that work all day and then after they
worked all day. Shen her second service is at 8 a.m. for those people who have to go who work
on Sundays… and her final weekend service is at 11a.m. for those who attends the regular
Sunday morning service. After that r and her members heads out to pass Gospel Tracks and
witness to her community where all the new Chinese people who arrive for first time in the
United States live. Dr. Anna Booshuen Mao-Mace profession is an Acupuncture Doctor of 6 years.
Her gold is to partner under the banner of Saints Of Value “World” Ministerial Training Center to
open S.O.V. MTC for Chinese people… working with the immigration to train student from China.
Her passion focus is for China to be SAVED!
