COMING NEXT The Bible Alone: God's Plan for Christianity? Our Protestant brothers and
sisters believe that to get to heaven, you just need to follow the Bible. But did Jesus really intend
for sola Scriptura, or "the Bible alone," to be the only authority in the Christian's life? Or did he
give us more? Join us at 7 pm in the social hall for the 2nd part of this series in which you will
learn how history and even the Bible itself supports the Catholic worldview, as well as why
looking to the Bible as our only authority as Christians will always undermine the unity Jesus for
his followers. Our presenter is Misty Mealey from St. Elias.
PLEASE JOIN
the Rosary Makers and the Knights of Columbus as we pray the Rosary before
each Mass during October, the month of the Holy Rosary. Our prayer intentions during
October will be offered for increased respect for the dignity of every human life from
the moment of conception to natural death, for peace and healing in our land, and for
the special intentions of our parishioners. We will begin the Rosary in the sanctuary, 30
minutes before Mass.
