For the last 12 years, since joining IFA, I have always strived to ensure that I equip myself with all the knowledge and skills I need to succeed and stay successful. My recent achievements will inspire me to achieve my next goal of making Club 15,000.” “It’s a great achievement to move up anywhere. It’s a real honour for me to be part of the leaders of such a big network. A very big part of my success is due to the fact that I always make sure that I familiarise myself with all the rules and various qualifying criteria. I was aware of what I needed to achieve to get to this level and I worked towards it, so I’m really happy that it all worked out for the best.” “I’m over the moon about moving up in the Forums and really happy that my perseverance has paid off. I have found that, like in any other business or profession, there are no shortcuts to success. With IFA, if one thoroughly observes and applies the Invite, Meet and Follow-up (IMF) formula, they’ll be well on their way to success. I’m hoping my latest achievement will inspire my team to work even harder to gain success themselves.” “I’m sure you’ll agree that any form of progress is welcome in whatever you do. So I’m really happy that I’m seeing the results of my work and my business is growing. I have to attribute a part of my success to my team, the Dream Team, which has been working very well together, with everyone focused on making a success of their own business as well as those of others.” Nathi Mbatha Delani Maishi Sipho Mnisi Mziwenkosi Dube KwaZulu-Natal Moved from Champion to Legend KwaZulu-Natal Moved from Champion to Achiever Mpumalanga Moved from Champion to Achiever KwaZulu-Natal Moved from Champion to Achiever “It feels good to be an IFA Legend again. Albert Einstein defined insanity as, ‘doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.’ So after a while in my business, I decided to approach things a little differently and I’m happy to say it worked. As a result, I’m now even more motivated as I march towards achieving my next goal of reaching Club 7,500 in 2015.” “To have made it this far in this business is something I’m very proud of but that’s not to say I’m resting or taking my foot off the pedal. I’m going to continue working as hard as I can until I realise my full potential in this network. It’s going to require a lot of focus, hard work and dedication for me to achieve even more but I think I’m equal to the task. Most importantly though, I work with a very spirited team and together, we’re going places.” “I’m very honoured to be an IFA Achiever. My immediate goal is to maintain it and build up from there. Achieving this has left me highly motivated and I aim to work towards qualifying for the next Incentive Conference in the USA and the Western Caribbean. I’m going to do my best to help others in my network because, “umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu” (you are what you are because of people) and also continue to Invite, Invite and Invite!” “It’s an amazing feeling to become an IFA Achiever but it will be even better when I move even higher. I plan to continue working as hard as I can to see how far I can go. I also want to help others succeed because I believe it is through helping others succeed that we become successful ourselves. I’m giving myself a few months to work towards achieving Legend status and I will not stop there.” Nomandla Qotywa Wandisile Somthi Sisonke Mampofu Mkhumbuleni Mbatha Gauteng New Forum member - Achiever Gauteng New Forum member - Champion Eastern Cape New Forum member - Champion KwaZulu-Natal New Forum member - Champion “This achievement came as a result of an ongoing team effort and lots of hard work. I don’t think I would’ve managed to get here without the team’s support and my husband’s encouragement. I think we need to make our mark as women in the network and show that it’s not only a man’s game but we also can achieve as much as anyone else. My next challenge is to move a step up and become a Legend.” “I still can’t believe I made it into the prestigious IFA Forum. If I could achieve this, absolutely anyone in the network can. In 2013 I was on Club 2,500 and told myself that I wanted to be on Club 3,750 by December 2013, I worked really hard and here I am. With this achievement, I’ve proven to myself that the sky is the limit. I have now taken aim at Club 7,500 for December 2014 and will work hard daily and see what happens.” “I am still on cloud 9. I’ve been working extremely hard to get back to being a Forum member because it’s something I was once had and I badly wanted it again. I was actually aiming to become an Achiever but as they say, ‘shoot for the moon and if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.’ I have an excellent team and they’re all very supportive and I owe much of my own success to them.” “I’m very thrilled to be a new Forum member as it is something I have wanted for a long time. I simply focused on all the levels in my business and worked hard with my downlines. I knew that if the team gained some success, it would automatically spill over to me. My achievement feels even more special for that reason. Shortly afterwards in May 2006, Jonathan resigned from his job to become a full-time IFA. We have never looked back since. At the Soccer stadium on the 2012 IFA Incentive Conference - Rio De Janeiro Did you expect to achieve Silver in the 2014 Couple of the Year Award? What are your ambitions for the future? Danae: It came as a wonderful surprise. For several months during the MEGABUCKS Competition I was on maternity leave. I gave birth to our twins in July 2013. Despite the lost time, the strong business foundation that we built over the last eight years really paid off. What are some of the wonderful memories that you have shared? Jonathan: Our immediate objectives for this year is to both achieve Club 2,500 and get to VUKA800 in the Vuku’uzenzele Competition and to create as many earners as possible. We want to achieve a totally debtfree lifestyle and continue to show ordinary people, especially in our community, how they can be self-empowered through IFA. Ency Litsoane congratulates Danae at the 2013 Western Cape Provincial Rally Why did you both join IFA? Danae: Before IFA, we felt like our lives were going nowhere. We had a large bond to pay and mounting bills. I had been working as a government employee for eight years while Jonathan had been a financial advisor for 12 years. I had dreams of becoming a nurse since my teens but as the years passed by, it slipped further and further away. In January 2006, we met Ency and Oppa Litsoane who introduced us to IFA. We were so inspired by their fantastic drive and shortly joined the IFA Business Opportunity. A month later I was able Where would you like to see your children in the future? Later when he became a fruit shop owner, he found that people were naturally drawn to him as a source of support and inspiration. “Because of the great need for holistic support in my area, I started my own NGO which I have been involved with for the past 12 years. In this time, I have gained extensive experience in numerous projects, including food gardening, motivation of youth and improving the capacity of communities. To develop my skills, I obtained several certificates, including peer education, facilitation and health care,” he explains. When Letang Ramushu invited him to join IFA in 2012, he waited a year, as he feared that he would be too busy to participate in the IFA Business Opportunity. Lethang tried again and persuaded him to attend an IFA Presentation in March 2013. “At that moment my eyes were opened.
