Chantal’s Results
Final weight: 175 pounds
Weight Loss: 34 pounds
Total inches lost: 19+
Chantal proved to be a determined
competitor during the challenge. On the way
to one of our Altered! meetings, she was in
a serious car accident that totaled her car
and sent her to the hospital. She had a
death in the family during her program as
well. As if that weren’t enough, Chantal was
diagnosed with Lupus (an auto-immune
disease). Despite all this, she never skipped
a beat and refused to use any of those
setbacks as an excuse to cheat.
Chantal has shown steady fat loss as a
result of her determination. Her ultimate
goal is to get to 156 pounds, which is the
weight she was at when she was a model.
Dayna’s Results
Final weight: 126.6 pounds
Weight Loss: 14.0 pounds
Total inches lost: 21.25
Dayna lost her muffin top and dropped her
risk for diabetes and heart disease from ‘At
Risk’ to ‘Healthy.’
During the program, her size 6 jeans were
literally falling off of her. For a ‘smaller’ girl,
she lost 21.25 inches (nearly two feet) from
her body—more than some of our other
competitors! Losing all those inches
revealed a slim, sexy physique that Dayna
is thrilled with.
Dayna says that PTF has helped her to lose
the extra weight in a healthier way and with
a healthier mindset than other methods she
has tried in the past.
Mo’s Results
Final weight: 174.4 pounds
Weight Loss: 32.6 pounds
Total inches lost: 20
During her program, Dr. Mo’s patients kept
asking her what she was doing to lose
weight and look great. Today she is proud
to help her patients get healthier by talking
to them about following our simple
guidelines. Mo lost weight so fast during the
challenge that she had all her work clothes
altered—only to have to alter them again
just a week later.
With the coaching we have provided, Mo
has also made great strides in
understanding her addiction to food and
how to change it.
Amanda’s Results
Final weight: 142.8 pounds
Weight Loss: 34.4 pounds
Total inches lost: 34
Amanda has not only seen a change in the
mirror, she feels the change daily.
This bride has accepted every goal and
challenge with a smile, she takes time to
cheer on the other ladies for their goals.
She has more energy and confidence with
every pound of fat she has lost. Her
husband-to-be is very athletic and
competitive. Amanda is proud to say she is
keeping up with him now! Amanda believes
in PTF so much that she is now working
with us as a Weight Loss Coach.
Brianna’s Results
Final weight: 195.8 pounds
Weight Loss: 36.6 pounds
Total inches lost: 39.25
Since starting the program, Brianna has
seen a huge improvement in her ability to
not only keep up with her volleyball girls.
She no longer becomes winded or tired
easily.
Brianna went to have some alterations on
the wedding dress she purchased not long
ago. During the fitting, she realized that the
dress she purchased was covering her
flaws rather than showing off her new body.
Brianna’s self-confidence sky-rocketed
when she found another dress that
highlighted how beautiful she feels. It was 3
sizes smaller than her first dress!
Sonay’s Results
Final weight: 166.6 pounds
Weight Loss: 41.6 pounds
Total inches lost: 40.75
Sonay was the slowest loser of all our
brides. With Weight Watchers, she would
lose half a pound and gain 2 pounds the
next week. On our program, she saw results
every week. This steady progress paid off
for her as she edged out her competition.
Sonay is a great reminder that even if you
only lose a few pounds at a time, stay
patient and focused on your program. You
will see great results!

next goal: getting her dream job at Sea
World!
