from smooth gel-coat finishes in both matte and glossy to textured finishes

Palmetto Planters Limited Warranty
For a period of one year from date of shipment, Palmetto Planters, LLC ("Palmetto") warrants to the original buyer that all products
manufactured by Palmetto shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship. If within one year from shipment any Palmetto
product is found to have been defective in material or workmanship when shipped, and within said period buyer notifies Palmetto in
writing specifically describing the alleged defect, such defective product shall, at Palmetto's option, either be repaired or replaced by
Palmetto, F.O.B. Fort Valley, GA, or Palmetto shall refund the purchase price. If Palmetto elects to repair or replace the product, buyer shall promptly ship the goods to Palmetto at buyer's
expense. In any and all events, buyer's remedies shall consist exclusively
and solely of those above stated. Palmetto shall have no liability to buyer for any indirect or consequential damages or injury
resulting from any defective or nonconforming products. PALMETTO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR USE BY
THE BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMERS. Palmetto's liability as stated within cannot be altered or enlarged except by in writing signed
by an officer of Palmetto.
