The Eno wooden church was erected in 1818 and designed by Anton Wilhelm Arppe. It is representative of the churches built at that time in eastern Finland. It is reminiscent of a dual-cross church influenced by neo-classism. The oldest part of the church is the pulpit from the old church in Kuopio. The altarpiece, from 1930, was painted by Eino J. Härkönen. The church textiles were designed by textile artist Kaisa Mäkelä.
