In addition, glass, silver and china that can be rewashed is included, as well as compostable plates, utensils and drink ware for clients preferring a disposable option. In order to comply with all Gluten Free requests, Marna’s Catering uses all gluten free sauces made with rice roux instead of flour to avoid any risk of crossed contamination.
