AdirondacCharter Rate
The Adirondac is 115 feet in length and was built in 2003 - 2004. This beautiful boat
has a turn of the century design with state of the art technology. The first deck allows
for seating up to 190 people for fine dining. The atrium opens up to expose the second
deck to the sun and the stars. On the third deck you will find a private bridal suite that
is ideal when holding ceremonies on board. The hull is made entirely of aluminum and
is trimmed with mahogany and cedar. The pilot house has the traditional cedar siding
just like her sister ship, the Horicon.
May 1st to June 18th & September 7th to October 31st
Minimum cruise allowed is 2 hours: $2600
The charge for each additional hour of cruise time
or travel time is $1000 per hour.
June 19th through September 6th
Minimum cruise allowed is 2 hours: $2900
The charge for each additional hour of cruise time
or travel time is $1100 per hour.
Half hour boarding time is included in your charter.
Travel time is charged when your cruise embarks or disembarks from an alternate
location. Decorators and entertainers may set up one hour prior to boarding (schedule
permitting). Additional set-up time may be purchased for $300 per hour. Due to our
cruise and charter schedule, additional time may not always be available and therefore
we reserve the right to not allow for the purchase of additional time.

HoriconCharter Rate
The Horicon is our 85 foot, triple deck, wooden yacht. Built almost entirely of
mahogany, teak and yellow pine, this beautiful ship is glass enclosed on the first
two decks. The third deck is an open observation deck. The first and second
decks each house a full bar and the boat can seat 80-100 people on the first
deck for formal dinners. Please discuss suggested numbers with your banquet
administrator.
May 1st to June 18th & September 7th to October 31st
Minimum cruise allowed is 2 hours: $1600
The charge for each additional hour of cruise time

Policies
Contract
We will require that you sign one of our contracts. We try to conform our contracts to your specific needs so
its important that you provide us with detailed information. It’s also important that we receive the required
deposit as it is the deposit that secures the date you have chosen. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a date
without a deposit. The contract fully describes your obligations and ours. Our coordinator will fully explain
the required deposit to you at the time you inquire about your event.
Payment Policy & Final Information Needed
We require all food choices and head counts to be finalized 14 days prior to the event. Remember to include
service people, band members, photographers, etc. The estimated balance due is 10 days prior to the event.
There will be an additional charge for any guest added 9 days or less prior to the event. Should your head count
be reduced 9 days or less prior to the event we will not reduce the cost of your obligation.
Service Charges
All prices are subject to New York State Sales Tax and a 19% Service Charge.
Pricing includes the Shoreline Complex staff for the occasion. Should you request additional staffing from us
we will add a $100.00 fee for each additional person added.
Decorating & Set-Up Time
The Shoreline Complex will provide the most organized and appropriate room for set-up for the ocasion. We
ask that you stipulate in the contract any special needs or desires, such as cake and gift tables, display tables,
a podium, etc. If you would like the facility to be available to decorators prior to the actual start time of the
event you must request this in your contract. If requested, the venue will be available for 1 hour prior to the
agreed upon guest boarding time. No guests will be allowed to board during before guest boarding time. We
reserve the right to deny requests for additional setup or decoration time based on time needed for our own
preparation. In accommodating such requests we ask for your understanding for any last minute details that
are being tended to by our staff. The venue will not be fully setup until the agreed upon guest boarding time.
Rehearsal Time
We will try to accommodate rehearsals for ceremonies. Our cruise, charter and restaurant schedule may not
provide adequate time. Therefore, its important that you discuss this option with our banquet administrator
when you are planning your event. We can not be responsible for last minute requests.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the Shoreline Complex. Therefore we ask that you consult with our
banquet administrator regarding your parking needs.
Our Selections
We’ve dedicated ourselves to providing you with a variety of food & bar selections. Recognizing that we may
not have covered everything, please feel free to discuss alternative selections or special requests with us.
