CMSA Detroit is proud to present the Michigan Collaborative Care
Summit day conference. Our 2011 day conference plans to be extra
special when we bring innovative practitioners and explore strategies for
collaborating between local caregivers and the communities they serve
while considering industry trends surrounding collaborative care.
It is our hope through this special day conference and revolutionary
speakers, together we can improve the standard of care in the years ahead
by going beyond simply providing education, but offering exciting
networking and professional outreach opportunities for case managers,
social workers and physicians alike.
This conference is designed for those who want to share ideas, raise
challenges, and above all collaborate with experienced forward-thinking
professionals in their field. The entire day will revolve around learning
more about today’s revolutionary future of collaborative care in Michigan
so as to maximize health care resources for the population at large.
We hope to see you in the Motown city - because there has never been a
