Enjoy a bygone era by hosting your next event on the rails.
Our trains offer special packages and rates to make your next group
outing a truly memorable experience.
Your guests will arrive to find ample parking for motor coaches, RVs
and cars. Once on board the train, guests are seated in one of our
meticulously restored dining cars with tables set with crisp linens,
china and crystal. Our award winning culinary team will prepare a
gourmet three course lunch or four course dinner on board while
our attentive wait staff serves you with a generous side of Southern
hospitality. The 1 ½ to 2 ½ hour excursions will provide your guests
with a window into the most scenic countryside of Kentucky.
Corporate / Special Events
Make a lasting impression by hosting your next meeting or
special event function on board one of our vintage train cars
or in our historic Bardstown Depot. R. J. Corman’s dining cars
are equipped with restrooms on board along with a centralized
sound system and microphone for enhancing the group
function experience. The Historic Bardstown Depot was built
in 1860 and offers space to accommodate private meetings,
trainings or special events. The Depot features a full service
bar, gift shop and space for audio visual presentations.
Optional gift bag and favor items are available starting
at just $5.00 per person.
Travel / Tour Buses
No trip to Central Kentucky would be complete without a ride on
one of R. J. Corman’s Dinner Trains. Aboard one of our two dinner
trains your guests will see places and sites only visible from the
rails. Excursion departure and return times can be customized to
accommodate tour schedules. Tour bus leaders and drivers ride free
with the group.
My Old Kentucky Dinner Train takes you through the Bourbon
Capital of the World starting in Bardstown, KY. Your group will
experience local history and see famous locations in the heart of
bourbon production from yesterday to today.
The Lexington Dinner Train provides you with exclusive access to
some of the most famous horse farms in history. As you pass gently
rolling hills, you will see horses running through the fields in the
footsteps of past Derby and Triple Crown Winners.
Weddings
Make your wedding a memory to last a lifetime. Celebrate the
beginning of your new life together with your family and friends
aboard the train. Tie the knot in either our Historic Bardstown
Depot or on board one of our 1940’s dining cars. Enjoy the
romance of the rails while savoring a four course gourmet meal
prepared by our Executive Chef and his award winning culinary
team. Finish your meal with a selection of gourmet desserts or
a custom wedding cake. Special champagne toast and beverage
packages can be customized to your every need.

groups with a tax-exempt certification are
eligible for tax-exempt group rates. The
Historic Depot in Bardstown is available for
special services or fundraising events prior
to the train departing or upon return. Ask

School/Children Excursions
Make your next educational field trip an experience that your students
will never forget. Students will learn the history of the Railroads in
Kentucky along with the economic impact that rail service has made
in America. Students will follow along with maps provided of the
route and audio guidance to point out significant historical locations.
From outlaw gangs to the beginning roots of thoroughbred horses in
Kentucky your students will enjoy the sites and a three course lunch
with beverages while they learn. One adult guest rides free for each
group of ten students.
