Mass we thank the wonderful people who come forward to teach in our Religious Education Program. November is Religious Education Month. It is a time to remember and give thanks. It is an appropriate time to thank our catechists, who give of their time and talent because God has spoken to their hearts. Without reward, they graciously help parents in their role of religious educators. They are called catechists because they “echo” the Word of God to his children. We are indebted to our Religious Education Coordinators, Joyce Patriacca, Nancy Feeman and Mary Lou Vest, and to the Religious Education Secretary, Debby McCabe. A new roof is being installed. This emergency situation points out the need for your continuing support of the Parish every week and of the Grand Annual Collection Today’s Collection for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) needs your help. CCHD was founded to end the cycle of poverty in the United States by funding organizations that help people help themselves. With the tradition of improving education, housing situations and economic development, CCHD continues to make a positive impact on communities nationwide. Your contribution will defend human dignity and help those living on the margins of our society. Please give to the CCHD Collection. 4 Saint Agnes Parish, Arlington, Massachusetts The Thirty-First Sunday in Ordinary Time October 31-Nov. 1, 2015 Sunday, November 1, 2015 9:00 A.M. 12:00 Noon Blessing of Catechists Mass of Remembrance Monday, November 2, 2015 7:00 A.M.
