Commissioning of Catechists
Today at the 9:00 A.M. Mass we thank the wonderful people who come forward to
teach in our Religious Education Program. November is Religious Education Month.
It is a time to remember and give thanks. It is an appropriate time to thank our
catechists, who give of their time and talent because God has spoken to their hearts.
Without reward, they graciously help parents in their role of religious educators. They
are called catechists because they “echo” the Word of God to his children.
We are indebted to our Religious Education Coordinators,
Joyce Patriacca, Nancy Feeman and Mary Lou Vest,
and to the Religious Education Secretary, Debby McCabe.
Religious Education Catechists:
Daniel Brosnan, Kelly Brosnan, Natasha Buckley, Amy Carlson, Charles Carney, Kayla
Chiara, Jessica Curran, Maria DeLoughery, Lisa Donis, Jack Gleason, Kendall Gleason,
Julie Hall, Daniel Hallice, Caroline Harrington, Casey Henehan, Bridget Hogan, Grace
Jenkins, Kathleen Kelly, Meghan Kreider, Megan Laurendeau, Joseph Maggiore,

Melissa Thomas, Sonia Valada and Janet Worthington.
Confirmation Program Catechists:
Karen Celano, Chris Doyle, Nancy Feeney, Mary Anne Fitzgerald, John Lindner,
Trina Ott, Theresa Ronchetti, Joe Rozzi and Richard Sweeney.

This
emergency situation points out the need
for your continuing support of the Parish
every week and of the Grand Annual
Collection
Today’s Collection for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) needs your
help. CCHD was founded to end the cycle of poverty in the United States by funding organizations that help people help themselves. With the tradition of improving education,
housing situations and economic development, CCHD continues to make a positive impact
on communities nationwide. Your contribution will defend human dignity and help those
living on the margins of our society. Please give to the CCHD Collection.

to serve the God of peace by building cities of brotherly
love, by caring for our neighbors in need, by defending
the dignity of God’s gift of life in all its stages, by
defending the cause of the poor and the immigrant. All

Many thanks to Larry Ramdin and Marianne Fritz

ask their questions, meet one another and learn
where they might be of service or grow in
knowledge of the faith. Thanks also to the leaders
of ministries in the Parish who were available to
come and welcome attendees. We hope this
opportunity was a blessing to all.

Center and it will be arranged.
Young Children in the Communion Line who
have not received First Communion are welcome to

are interested will be able to join a group at periodic
