In the Sun City Grand area, September 2016 active inventory was 132, a 25% increase from September 2015. There
were 48 closings in September 2016, a 4% decrease from September 2015. Year-to-date 2016 there were 429 closings, a
13% decrease from year-to-date 2015. Months of Inventory was 2.8, up from 2.1 in September 2015. Median price of sold
homes was $239,000 for the month of September 2016, down 9% from September 2015. The Sun City Grand area had
46newpropertiesundercontractinSeptember2016,up48%fromSeptember2015.
