Celebrate the longest day of the year with us or meet Alice in Wonderland — that is
Eden Roc. Unwind during a yoga activity week or switch off with a planned break away

Over the winter months we renovated 15 rooms at the Eden Roc I, implementing a new
and fresh design, charming details and works of art by the painter «Tristan».

YOGA ACTIVITY WEEKS
The first yoga activity weeks will be held at the Hotel Eden Roc from 5 to 11 June and
from 2 to 8 October 2016. Start your active day with some Kneipp water treading and
then find your inner balance with daily yoga and meditation under the expert tuition of
Gabriela Ghenzi. A range of workshops will help you learn more about nutrition, selfhealing, breathing and meditation. Relax with spa treatments, which can be booked
individually, and discover the region of Ticino through active excursions.

MTB WEEKEND WITH WORLD CHAMPION NINO SCHURTER
Experience a unique biking weekend with reigning world champion Nino Schurter
and professional cyclist Martin Gujan. On Saturday, after a brief technical introduction with valuable tips, the two professionals will accompany you on a tour,
including lunch. In the evening you will be able to review your day as you enjoy
dinner together.

On 25 June we shall be celebrating the
longest day of the year. Start the day on
a walk with Director Daniel Schälli to
see the sun rise before enjoying breakfast on the mountain. The evening will
start with an aperitif under the

night‘s BBQ and DJ in the La Casetta.

candles, torches and a lively beat to

On 7 July with warm summer temperatures we will transform our garden into Alice‘s
Wonderland. Accompany Alice on her journey through the culinary highlights of the
Hotel Eden Roc. Discover the fantastic experiences this colourful and dazzling world
has to offer or take a turn on our dance floor above Lake Maggiore. Don‘t be
«too late, too late, too late...» and make sure to get one of the sought-after seats for
this event.

The traditional opening gala of the
Jazz-Ascona festival will be hosted in
the Restaurant Eden Roc on 24 June.
