Junior SUITE
As named the best hotel in Mexico by US News & World Report, our 83 suites
and villas offer a wide array of floor plans ranging from 960 square feet to 5,700
square feet. All suites feature Butler Service, spacious living areas, wood-burning
fireplaces and exquisite décor. The ambiance makes it the perfect destination to
pamper and prepare the bride-to-be for her perfect day. All suites and villas offer
magnificent panoramic views of the sea, sand and desert gardens, creating an
exquisite and romantic feel. Customized romantic amenities are available upon
request offering an unforgettable experience.

a white sand beach along the
sparkling Sea of Cortez. From
intimate ceremonies for two
people, to larger celebrations of
200, The Beach is a lovely, openair option. Subject to venue fee.
The Plaza
The Plaza at Las Ventanas offers
stunning, panoramic views of the
resort and Sea of Cortez. This
venue can accommodate up to
125 guests, and is subject to
venue fee.
La Pergola
La Pergola offers aerial views of
the resort with the sparkling-blue
Sea of Cortez in the backdrop.The
hand-crafted architecture of the
terrace roof provides guests
a protection from the Cabo sun.
The intimate space of La Pergola
can accommodate up to 50 guests,
and is subject to venue fee.

Venue options
The Private Dining Room
With its lovely ocean views, the Private Dining Room at Las Ventanas can
accommodate up to 60 guests. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a large
outdoor terrace, which is a perfect venue for a pre-dinner cocktail reception. This
venue can accommodate up to 60 guests, and is subject to venue fee.
La Cava
Las Ventanas al Paraíso’s wine cellar, located just off of the restaurant, is a beautiful
venue for smaller, intimate gatherings up to 14 guests. With over 3,000 bottles of wines
imported from all over the world, La Cava offers a unique ambiance in a dramatic
setting. Use of La Cava is available with prearranged multi-course meal and is subject
to venue fee.

The Run of House Suites consists of a combination of: Gardenview Junior Suites
with 1 king or 2 queen beds, Oceanview Junior Suites with 1 king or 2 queen beds, Oceanview
Rooftop Terrace Junior Suites with 1 king bed, One Bedroom Gardenview Suites with 1 king
bed, One Bedroom Gardenview and Oceanview Residences with 1 king bed.
Discounted group rates are also available should a multi-bedroom suite
or villa be your preference.
Run of House rates are available to groups with a minimum of 7 guestrooms per night,
for 3 nights. It is also required that 80% of the wedding guests stay at the Resort.
Room rates are for single or double occupancy per room. There is a $50.00 charge
should a rollaway be required. However, there is a $135.00 additional charge
for an additional person over the age of 12 which is inclusive of a rollaway.
· Rates are subject to change.
· All rates are subject to 16% VAT, 3% occupancy tax and 15% service fee.
· Resort pools and beach are for the exclusive use of our overnight guests.

Food and beverage and spa minimums will apply.
· An approved wedding planner will be required 6 weeks prior to the arrival
of the group for events of 30 people or more.

Copies of Mexican Visas or Tourist Card received upon arrival in Mexico

Four Witnesses
(For weddings of two, Las Ventanas al Paraíso is pleased to provide witnesses)
Note: The above documents are required for a legal wedding ceremony to take place in Mexico.
The wedding is valid and recognized in all countries included in The Hague Agreement. Please
note that the Mexican Justice of the Peace requires the aforementioned documents a minimum
of eight business days prior to the ceremony in order to complete the necessary paperwork.
