- Rates quoted are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy and are in
US Dollars; however billing will be processed in Mexican Pesos.
- A $125 charge will apply for each additional person in the room 12 years of age
and older and includes the use of a rollaway bed.
- Rollaway beds are available at an additional nightly charge of $50 for
children under 12 years of age.

(Ceremony is conducted in Spanish.

In Accordance with Mexican Law, Blood Tests Need to Take Place
in Mexico, Two Business Days Prior to the Wedding
Copies of Passports
Copies of Mexican Visas or Tourist Card received upon arrival in Mexico
Copies of Divorce Decrees, if Applicable
Four Witnesses
(For weddings of two, Las Ventanas al Paraíso is pleased to provide witnesses)
Note: The above documents are required for a legal wedding ceremony to take place in Mexico.
The wedding is valid and recognized in all countries included in The Hague Agreement. Please
note that the Mexican Justice of the Peace requires the aforementioned documents a minimum
of eight business days prior to the ceremony in order to complete the necessary paperwork.

The Beach
Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort is situated on a white sand beach
along the sparkling Sea of Cortez. From intimate ceremonies for two people, to larger
celebrations of 70, The Beach is a lovely, open-air option. Subject to set-up fee.
The Plaza
The Plaza at Las Ventanas offers stunning, panoramic views of the resort and Sea of
Cortez. This venue can accommodate up to 70 guests, and is subject to set-up fee.

Venue options
The Private Dining Room
With its lovely ocean views, the Private Dining Room at Las Ventanas can
accommodate up to 60 guests. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a large
outdoor terrace, which is a perfect venue for a pre-dinner cocktail reception. This
venue can accommodate up to 60 guests, and is subject to set-up fee.
La Cava
Las Ventanas al Paraíso’s wine cellar, located just off of the restaurant, is a beautiful
venue for smaller, intimate gatherings up to 14 guests. With over 3,000 bottles of wines
imported from all over the world, La Cava offers a unique ambiance in a dramatic
setting. Use of La Cava is available with prearranged multi-course meal and is subject
to set-up fee.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars & are subject to 16% tax.

For weddings between 41 and 60 guests,
a minimum of 25 total room nights is required.
For weddings between 26 and 40 guests,
a minimum of 20 total room nights is required.
For weddings between 13 and 25 guests,
a minimum of 15 total room nights is required.
For weddings between 8 and 12 guests,
a minimum of 10 total room nights is required.
For two-person weddings there is not a minimum room night nor food
& beverage requirement.
Pricing is exclusive of 16% tax and 18% service charge.
Food and Beverage minimum for private events are quoted upon request.
A minimum spa spend may be required.
Please note that a minimum length of stay may apply. Minimum lengths of stay
are subject to change based on availability, therefore we ask that you check with
reservations for up to date minimum length of stay requirements.
