BEAR CLUB SESSIONS
The Bear Club is designed to allow
alumni to enjoy their weekend while knowing that their children will be entertained and cared
for by licensed and bonded temporary professional nannies from TLC for Kids assisted by
Washington University staff and students. The Bear Club is divided into three recommended
tracks (listed below) to ensure age-appropriate and engaging activities for all participants.
Wash U Legacies Ages 12-18
Older children will explore many facets of campus life at Wash U. Activities
include a Chef’s tour with a cooking demo and tasting and a workshop with
the Mama’s Pot Roast Improv group.
Cub Club Ages 3-11
Children will participate in engaging activities that are both exciting
and educational. Activities include arts and crafts and a Mad Scientist
presentation. Children will also enjoy a magic show and decorating a T-shirt.
Baby Bears Ages 2 and Under
Child care is available for infants and toddlers during both Bear Club
Sessions. Care and age-appropriate activities will be provided by staff from
TLC, a licensed and bonded temporary child care service and supervised by Washington University staff. Parents will need to provide any necessary
supplies.

You are strongly encouraged to register in
advance as many events sell out before Reunion.

Will I receive a confirmation?
In early April, we’ll send you a confirmation email
detailing the events for which you have registered.
How do I make changes to my reservation?
Please call 800.867.2586 if you need to change
your reservation or are no longer able to attend.
We ask that all cancellations are made by April 1.
May I bring my family?
Yes! In addition to many family-friendly events
offered, extensive family programming is available
for children of all ages (see pages 7–8 for details).
Parents can also arrange for private child care
through TLC, a licensed and bonded temporary
child care service, by calling 314.725.5660 or
visiting www.tlcforkids.com.
What transportation options are available?
Special event shuttles will be provided for all
off-campus tours, except for the Cardinals game.
Complimentary class party shuttles are provided
from the preferred hotels to all Class Parties on
Saturday night. Hotels in the Reunion blocks may
provide complimentary shuttle service. Check in
advance with your hotel.
Washington University has the added convenience
of two Metrolink stations on the Danforth Campus.
