tie again around the center of the tassel. Trim tassels to even out
the ends.
Weave in ends; it is only necessary to weave in cast-on and bindoff ends and those that would be bothersome or show on the
right side. The yarn ends inside the hat can be carefully knotted
together and cut to about ½”. Be sure not to pull on the ends
